To clarify: I used Season 1 games because of the plot and that the frontman wasn’t in those games, and used some details from Season 2 to put Dexter in the scenario where he knows about the sadistic killings of the squid games. It’s confusing I know.
@@MovieCriticsClub I’m ngl, I feel like he’d fail. But idk. These are childhood games in where? I feel like he’d pick umbrella without knowing bc he didn’t do it in his childhood but he probably would pass it.
I honestly don’t think Dexter would play the games. I can totally see him figuring out how to get into a guard costume and using that to infiltrate the ranks. Once in, he'd probably start manipulating things from behind the scenes, gathering intel, and finding ways to control the situation without risking his life in the games.
0:55 I feel like his reason would be more that he was going after a seriously in debt gangster and sees the recruiter talk to him before seeing him get kidnapped and just happening upon the games without actually being in them.
How is dexter gonna fit in? He’s a white guy from America who can’t speak Korean. Although assuming there’s no language barrier he would do better than most
Ideas: 1: Can Dexter get Bojack Horseman on his table 2: Can Dexter get Norman Bates on his table (from the original psycho trilogy, not the show) 3: Can Dexter get Kurt krunkle on his table (killer from spree) 4: Can Dex get Martin Greywhinder on his table (Martin is from harmony and horror on TH-cam, very good analog horror I highly recommend it)
Dexter wouldn't get BoJack on his table. What's the point of attracting so much attention by killing a Hollywood celebrity who indirectly is responsible for someone ODing? It doesn't fit the code and isn't worth the media attention. Dexter went under the radar for so long because he went after people society doesn't know exist.
Dexter might purposefully team up with people who seem more likely to fit the code. On the one hand, teaming up with people who have a killer instinct increases his chance of survival, and on the other hand, should it come down to it he could kill them guilt free
Dexter smiles, looks at the vips and says : "we have a bay booty Harbour butcher", then doakes crashes through the ceiling, announcing his arrival with his signature line, "surprise motherfucker". He then kisses and pets dexter and tells him everything will be alright. Dookers catches the bad guys and places them in the bay booty Harbour where the fish eat the evil men.
@TioTooruYT i think he would experiment a little with it since it leaves no trace. but ultimately i think he would keep it hidden and only use it as a last resort (don't get caught is the number 1 rule for a reason).

I think your delivery is good, but idk about this scenario. It doesn't...make sense. If Dexter was infiltrating via 456's search for the recruiter...then every game after Red Light Green Light is wrong. Because he's entering in at season 2, but he's playing season 1 games? Picking and choosing like this kind of makes it look like the scenario is deliberately constructed to just hand a win to Dexter. I know we have to ignore SOME things to even place him in the games, but this is...kind of weird to do. Then you also attribute...A LOT of credit to Dexter's abilities here. He's skilled, meticulous, and intelligent. That doesn't make him superhuman. Like him identifying scanning patterns in the Red Light Green Light? That's...actually impossible to do. All one can really figure out is that it can't see THROUGH people. But otherwise, there's...nothing for him to determine. The doll's eyes are IMPOSSIBLE to see for most of the game since they start *reeeeeeeeeally* far away from it. Then you also have Dexter somehow disguising himself as a guard from the player bunks. That's also not...really...possible. There's trackers in ALL the players that also monitors their vitals. So if he removes it, he'll register as "dead" and they'll find no body when they go to collect him...and if he doesn't they'll be able to see he's wandering around unsupervised and then see he's clearly in restricted areas. This isn't getting into his inability to blend into this kind of crowd at all, since he has absolutely NO espionage experience whatsoever. He has stealth skills, but wandering around in HIGHLY secured areas with EXTREMELY strict protocols and schedules that he can't gain any info on is...very generous. We see the cop try to do this and it kind of fails miserably because there's too many unknowns when doing it. Dexter can't do much better here because, no matter how smart he is, there's too much that CAN'T just be deduced. Finally, we have the Front Man confrontation you describe. You mention Dexter giving a speech on...the value of human life? He's literally *never* done this. He does confront them with their past deeds, but he NEVER puts any actual value on the lives of this victims. This is an *EXTREMELY* fundamental character trait of Dexter. It's his most critical one. He doesn't value life. He values the lives of those close to him to some level...but on the whole, he doesn't find life to be...valuable. He has an innate desire and need to END life himself. His targets just happen to ones that make it easier for him to remain under the radar. If he hadn't been specifically taught to target ONLY killers as a means to protect himself...he would just be killing regardless
To clarify: I used season 1’s games because of season 1’s plot where the front man wasn’t participating in the games, and had to use some details from season two to make it more “logical.” I mean I guess I could have just said Dexter found himself in the games randomly to benefit the reason why I chose season 1’s games, but that wouldn’t make sense as well considering he doesn’t care about money and wouldn’t know there’s something sinister going on behind the scenes. So all in all, these videos are just “what ifs” at the end of the day.
@@MovieCriticsClub Lol u didn't counter any points other than the logic of the games he's in. The commenter's right, Dexter doesn't have a feasible way to actually win squid game or even get close to the front man in this scenario. U went out of your way to stack the cards in Dexter's favour but ignored the cards the front man can play. For example, the front man already knew every player before they even decided to participate in the games. They run very very extensive backgrounds on players. They'd definitely know who Dexter was. Trinity literally caught Dexter himself and he wasn't even half as proficient as the front man. Also, Gi-hun got a pass into the games in season 2 because the front man let him. There's no reason Dexter could get in if he wanted too. You also didn't even consider how Dexter would've interacted with the main cast in season one. He'd have to get into Gi-hun's little group with Sang-woo and Ali and the old man to even stand a chance. And honestly, i don't think they'd even trust him. Sang-woo definitely wouldn't. Just that would probably relegate Dexter to a random group in tug of war and probably die right there just by proxy pf not being part of the main cast. Dexter might win marble game but there's only such much skill that can be applied to it. He'd have to pull a Sang-woo but that's predicted almost entirely on him pairing with someone like Ali. Which wouldn't happen. Glass Bridge only works with the thickest possible plot armor. And Squid Game itself also had plenty of variables. Like the rain. Dexter would probably win, but getting there's basically impossible. Ud have to an actual in depth rewrite of the first season to make this what-if plausible. Because as is, it's just Dexter glazing for ten minutes straight lol

@MovieCriticsClub I mean that's cool and all I'm just saying a what if like this one in particular could really be interesting if it was more thought out. I don't think it's bad, and I'm sure there's a logical way for Dexter to win I just think a bigger run time to consider everything would go a long way.

Someone can honestly make this into a movie long crossover and it would be peak fiction
I truly would pay to see this

could you imagine him in there, mid way people around him getting killed and hes like having a internal monologue about it!
"All of this, just for some cash prize. But I am not here for that, I want blood"
Remember there are squid games for every country, also Dexter would put all vips in his table would be so satisfying.
Dexter is such a good character to place into these settings.

hell no

Dex definitely can get Bojack on his table but he wouldn't, because Bojack doesn't fit the code. As bad of a person as he is, he's never murdered.
What's Bojack horseman even about btw? Is it a good show and should I check it out?
