4K/60FPS - PS2 Slim SD Card installation showcase SCPH70004

No installation video, just a showcase how I have done the installation on this poor SPCH70004 in a different way that I do usually.

hey, I hate to re-comment questions, but since this is a newer vid I figured there was a good chance you'd see it. Could the SD card mod be altered by replacing the IDE-to-SD converter with an IDE-to-SATA converter, and installing a drive?

Hello Guy, sorry I haven't see your questions in previous vidéo, I read all comments, I'm going to check that.
I think it's possible to swap to ide to sata, but it's more convenient for me to unplug à little sd card to add game for instance. And I'm not sure have enough power via the console to power ssd or hdd via 8.5v rail to replace 12v 😉 but it's tryable

@@Gusse oh me too man i just found some crystal 1.0 chips and bought some and i wanna try to install it and use the hdd functions on a sd card mod and see if it works ill us your vids amazing work btw u should make a discord and join some ps2 modding communities

You only need a memory card and FreeMcBoot
Modchips affect HDD negatively, even more on that slim model, Wich doesn't have the proper power off handler anymore
