It's getting colder now and it's hard to get out of bed.
My daily rhythm has started to become disrupted, so I have resumed my morning embroidery practice🌞
I don't do it every day yet, but I spend 1 to 3 hours embroidering on the days I have free time.
And this time's theme is ``Korin gafu : Chrysanthemums''.
Actually, I've always wanted to try embroidering Hochu Nakamura's paintings, but I wondered if I could express his unique style through embroidery. I couldn't take up the challenge.

今回も素敵な図案と色合いでとてもかわいらしい作品に仕上がりましたね！
金糸なしの方は素朴な可愛らしさがあり、金糸ありの方はメリハリが出てグッと引き締まった作品に感じました。これはたしかに好みが分かれるのかなぁと。甲乙つけがたいですけど金糸ありのほうが私は良いかなと思いました。

The blending looks beautiful, I also prefer it without the gold. Thank you for sharing your process with us. I need to go back to your previous video to better understand how you separate the threads (You use a knot?) as it's different from how we separate threads.

I tie the threads together to make a loop, then hang them on the hook and rotate them to separate the threads.

色の異なる糸を混ぜながら刺繍するのは、縫う人の個性が出て素敵だと思います！
私も今度挑戦してみたいですが、どの色にしようか延々と悩んでしまいそうな気がします（笑）
金糸で菊を縁取ることによってはっきりと菊が際立ちますが、ふわっとした菊の色合いと兼ね合いが難しいように感じられました。好みが分かれそうだから静彩さんが悩まれるもの分かる気がします。。。
今回の動画は日本刺繍の技法がたくさん見れて勉強になりました！静彩さんの動画を見ると、いろんな題材や技法に挑戦してみようって気持ちになります。
