＝ Shizusa silk embroidery ＝
When I started working as a Japanese embroidery craftsman,
I had the opportunity to see a practice cloth embroidered by an old craftsman.
I remember that the detailed and careful embroidery was so beautiful that I couldn't believe it was practice.
After that, I also made embroidery practice a routine.
The design is based on "Japanese designs and pictures that have been loved for a long time".
I would be happy if everyone could sympathize with the cuteness of the designs and the excitement of crafts!

今回は「氷割れ」という技法を使って「左三つ巴」を刺繍しました。
シンプルな図案でも色や繍い方の工夫で何通りものデザインになるのが刺繍の面白いところです☘
「ともえ」とは、弓を射るときに腕に巻きつける革具の鞆を図案化したもので、形が似ているので「巴」という字が当てられたそうです。
今回は三つ巴を刺繍しましたが、一つや二つというのもあります。
また次回も巴にちなんだ家紋を刺繍する予定です。
