You made a beautiful job of converting the jewellery box, it’s so pretty. I bought a large wooden jewellery box that I painted and use it to keep all my sewing machine attachments in but the inside matches the colour that I painted it and it didn’t have the bit for rings that you removed from your box. This is a great idea that I’m definitely going to try.

I absolutely love it. I've been wanting to make my own case for the longest time but didn't know where to start. Made a crochet hook case and been debating if I should make a matching sewing case. This is so much easier. Thank you 💓💕💙💜😍🥰

Me, the purveyor of fabric that I just can’t bring myself to cut up was yelling No, not the liberty fabric. This turned out to be so adorable that I’m going to have to make one myself.
Ha ha yes I struggle with that too! I have to keep reminding myself it’s ok to use these things and ‘enjoy them differently’! ❤️
This is an amazing project. So beautiful. I am keen to know what glue stick you used for the fabric..❤
Thanks so much! The glue stick is just a basic contact glue. They are mostly used for paper craft but I figured I’d give it a go here too. The brand I had in this video is called ‘Pritt Stick’ but you can get other versions. ❤️

Another lovely and pretty sewing box. I recently made one too and had so much fun with it. I used Liberty fabrics that my daughter bought me on her most recent trip to Europe. Thank You for sharing.

Adorable, curious as to what the boxes you have your ribbons and buttons in are called.
Thanks so much! Those boxes were from Ikea. Can’t remember the name but it might have been the Kasset range or something like that. Haven’t seen them for a while though unfortunately! ❤️

Cute! I have a small kit I carry with me that is made from a Vera Bradley pill case. I took the plastic pill compartment out and just use the zipped case.
