Thank you dear sweet Eckhart ❤ 🎶 ❤ It's all an illusion and As long as we live in our minds/egos it's freaking unbearable! Trapped in the illusion of consent thoughts ... Trying to understand reality from our minds/ego will be a dead end, so I try to separate myself from thoughts by simply saying, "That's a thought .. Look at all those thoughts etc" Not believing every thought. To try to simply be the observer of each thought.
I try to meditate 5 min each morning and just focus on my breathing and quickly thoughts will start, so I'll gently bring it back to my breathing. The MOMENT I realize I'm back to thoughts I'm the observer! There's the real "me", the observer, my soul and separate me, the crazy, upset, unhappy ego!
But unfortunately The suffering is necessary to motivate us to go through this process.
Even though this 5 min is a quick easy way to get out of the unhappy ego/mind and to find some freaking peace in this crazy world, it's still the hardest thing I've ever done! You've got to want it bad and realize the ego is a frighten child that doesn't want to let go ... To let go and let this shift in consciousness happen ... But it's exciting that so many are watching this video to ask and learn of a deeper meaning and it's even more exciting because it's happening all over the world! Thank you Eckhart, A true living spiritual master 🎶

Sometimes, religious people, including Christians, say, "God is in you." But the explanation of what this means should also follow. The real explanation came to me long ago when I (as a Christian) realised the following. On the one hand, according to Apophatic theology, the essence of God is unexpressible through logical concepts; God is not anything you can express through logical concepts: God is not A, not B, not C, etc., speaking schematically. So, God is Nothing. (As we guess, this Nothing is not a completely logical concept. It's partly intuitive.) On the other hand, when you say to yourself, "I as a spirit am neither the body nor the emotions and thoughts" - you perceive Nothing in you. This is how God is in you. Isn't it amazing?..

In God-Consciousness it may look or seem like God is in you, a cute way of thinking about it, but God is not in or inside anything, rather, and more correctly, God is with you, and He is your Father.
What resides inside or in you or as you or your True Essence is the soul, which is real and exists. It's utterly great, second only to God, Who is the Most Great.

How do you know what you claim to know please? Sharing opinions and beliefs is perfectly fine as long as we cleary state them as our opinions and beliefs, if we wish to claim fact and truth then we must surely provide undisputed proof to back up our claims of fact and truth, be those who make the claims Atheist, Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Hindu or any other beliefs or non belief system. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Knowing and truly accepting what you can't possibly know at this time is probably the greatest truth and wisdom there is available to any of us 🙏🙏🙏🙏

The “emptiness” or “spaciousness” Eckhart refers to is what I’ve experienced as a state of shear “openness,” where there is no more doing, only BEING present within that powerful oneness of divinity, GOD💜

If we want to be truly happy and at peace with ourselves and everyone else then surely knowing and truly accepting what we don't and cannot possibly know at this moment in time is the key to that true happiness and peace. The ego cannot handle uncertainty as it needs to know all the answers to all the questions and where there is no certainty or true knowledge the ego is happy to invent it for itself. But we our true selves have no such problem with uncertainty because we are very happy to simply Accept what is, Trust what will be and be Grateful for everything without needing to know all the answers to all the questions in oder to do so 🙏🙏🙏🙏

God is an energy and he’s an energy of love, and he’s everything and omnipresent he sent within and without

    • @recordgirly2567
      @recordgirly2567 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Before anything existed in the material world, a single energy (if named; God) desired; I know of everything but yet I can't experience what I know. I know of love ... but I want to "experience" love, touch, etc. So this energy split itself apart to have something to relate to ... and at that moment, relativity and all of us were born!
But Even with others to "relate" to, we had the same desire; to "experience" what we knew. So we all made an agreement to come here, to live in flesh ... but we realized to fullfill our experience, opposites must also exist. To know of good, we must know and experience bad. Both must exist for experience. To know of love, fear must exist, dark and light and Tall and short etc. To that ends, we must not know who we are, of our true nature (our connected spirits) and we must believe that we're all separate but we can never not be who we are, so we did the next best thing, we forgot who we are! Therefore, we don't teach, we simply "remind" each other, to "remember" to "re enter" the membership ... Remember.
So reality is everyone's dream brought to life through our consciousness. Example; the double slit experiment proved, if you observe wave forms they jump to particles (solid form) and vise versa! So everything is not solid but a wave form without the observer! So reality only exist through the observer. When this study broke, it was the first real measurable study of reality!
But The real question is, why do we exist? It's simply to quiet the mind and the ego until we can realize our true nature, our consciousness, which is our souls. And once we find that space of stillness and make that connection to our egos ... with our souls ... which is where we came from and will return once again! Until we make this connection during a lifetime, we'll keep coming back to play this game over and over again. See you soon! 🎶 Namaste 🎶

4 parts of mind: consciousness of emotion and reason; unconsciousness of both. 4 parts of life: Matter, energy, consciousness, unconsciousness. Consciousness = unconsciousness times attention squared

27:14 “Somehow they (meditation books he refers to) survived the Dark Ages when almost nobody could read and write except a few monks in the monasteries. And they kept it alive. But the main purpose is not to produce some great thing or have some great insight. That may come as an addition. The main purpose is to bring this state of consciousness into your life. And then whatever happens through it happens.”
But that happens differently for everybody, no one state is interpreted correctly, as no one state is connected to the other’s state each consciousness is separate. So in my case, never allow another’s state of consciousness into my consciousness never give it my attention, as it only seeks attention for control. And so I didn’t, thanking nature for giving me the instinct to ignore ego and move forward.

The mind acknowledges the “ NO FORM” through religious believes and prayer and being grateful. The Other I knows this reality because t is it.

My thoughts~ We are created in the image of God--so like little gods in that way, we reflect our Divine Source, and in recovering our original innocence in returning to our Source (The Father of Lights) we can reflect God's loving intention and image-- as true sons and daughters. Even in our triune construct too, as spirit-soul-body beings we can re engage with God. Spirit is Sourced by Divine Life, Love and Light. We are firstly Spirit Beings. Like the sunbeams sourced as light from the Sun, we are on a journey to fulfil our destiny...so we are born to remember, reflect and become One with Source--aka, The Light of the World. 0:00 0:00

Having watched and listened to ET and Rupert Spira, both of whom I have found helpful, I am left with one big reservation in my gut. This just feels overwhelmingly selfish, self absorbed...the complete opposite of ordinary people who selflessly help others.

Hmm is similar to the Tao: "The Tao that can be named is not the Tao". Everytime we try to define God, Tao, etc. we miss the sense of it and quintessence :)

I enjoy watching your videos, but I believe removing the distracting background music and cliche mini videos would enhance the experience. Sometimes, the advice seems a bit off and cliched, making it hard to take seriously. Removing unnecessary elements would help me connect better with the content. I wish there was an option to download the videos without these distractions for a more focused experience. Thank you.

Anxiety to me, is leaving the present moment to an unknown future. This is where anxiety starts for me, an unknown future based on various events that may or may not happen . To stop this is stay present, as I can only act in the present. Meditation keeps me present. Al

Das Ego ist der Widerstand und klagt das Leben an.
Es möchte höher stehen als alle Sterne Gottes und Hochmut im Bewusstsein"kommt vor seinem Fall"...

For years and years the species has been asking me who I am. And I can’t stand that question it never made sense to me bc who the heck does? NO ONE. Guess what I did, I ditched the question it doesn’t exist in my mind. Fact is nobody knows who they are it’s a ridiculous question it’s only about the ego. I’m interested in what I am.
