As this year's Wanlass Artist in Residence, Carolina Caycedo taught a Studio Art course in the fall semester titled “A Sustained Environment-Understanding and Caring for Bio-Cultural Diversity”. Her students created artworks across mediums exploring pressing environmental issues in our region. Junior, Chala Escobar created a stop-motion claymation on the unabating California fires and climate change.
