I have driven Altroz around 2k kms so far. Its driving dynamics are really good. confidence inspiring. You can just play with it even in high speed. Very Stable and grounded. I will definitely recommend this. 2021 Turbo will make it even more fun to ride.

Just my 2 cents.
1) When you talk about head room and leg room, please mention your height for reference.
2) When you talk about umbrella holder, place an umbrella so that viewers can connect to it immediately. Rather then leaving it to their imagination.
3) MotoWagon is not just one brand, but all three of you individually.
4) Go for two wheelers, electric scooters, even electric roller boards.

Happy to work with tata motors, I worked for altroz project. Developed one of component to this vehicle. Now we are working for DCT model same versions. (automatic transmission) on market as soon.
Glad that an Engineer in the Altroz project has watched our review. Congratulations to the entire team for developing such a great product.
One of the disadvantages we felt with Altroz was the non availability of Automatic gearbox and as per your comment hope it will be launching very soon and that too DCT will be great.

I decided on buying Altroz after your review. The vehicle has completed 1k Kms. The sedateness of the engine or ride lag was not felt on highways. Not much maneuvering in City traffic yet. Mileage is about 17-19 in highway and about 12-14 in city. Might improve after first service (I hope). The one thing that irked a lot was the almost useless headlights. The high beam is at the trees at night. The low beam throw is very wide and practically of no use on highways. It would have been much helpful had you reviewed the headlights function too in the video.
All the best for your new Altroz. See if the Headlight is misaligned. Stock Headlight bulbs will be in low watts.

Hi @MotoWagon Team.. Its really a nice review! If possible, please do a drive review of recently manufactured Altroz XZ Petrol Engine. I think usually manufactures silently rectify the issues in newer batches and hope engine would have had some correction.

A small difference in your feedback. Due to the 90 degree opening of all doors, we felt the ingress and egress to be quiet easy compared to the competition.

Tata officially did not mention about the exact fuel efficiency of the Petrol Altroz. Also during the test due to the different Road conditions, driving and other reasons the fuel efficiency was a very low compared to the real time efficiency.

Tiago 2020 is similar to the Tigor 2020 we did previously other than the rear boot integration and the extended Wheel Base of 65 mm in the Tigor. Do watch it and you can get the clear picture.

Regarding the Diesel engine, as per the official news Tata will be manufacturing the Diesel engined Altroz only after April and we are hoping to review with as soon as it reaches the dealership.
