Brooooooo I literally came here to figure out how to use those cardboard flaps 😭 Instructions just show you prop them up against the sides and bottom, but they kept falling over. Would have NEVER realized there were velcro flaps to slide them in! You're a lifesaver!!!
My new one the zipper isn't working anymore and I'll probably have to buy a new bag. Don't use the elastic band to hold drinks, use the separate part with Velcro straps to hold drinks, you can bend it to hold firmly, no spills if you have separate drinks in case your doing uber as well as Mc Donalds give us. Too big of a size you'll find akward if you don't remove from your back before getting in the restaurant to pickup food, could also hit someone accidentally. But yes you can take big orders and pizzas. I realized it doesn't hold food warm enough with the isolation itself, so I'm using two isolating bags.

My bag's zipper's busted. I managed to get a new one from Deliveroo after waiting for 3 months. Unfortunately the same thing happened to the new bag. I got it mended at a local zip shop. But then again, one of the shoulder straps is beginiing to shred into strands, and I guess this is due to repeatedly carrying heavy groceries to customers. I tried asking for a new bag from Deliveroo but they say it's not in stock. I am just praying the strap does not snap when I delivering customers' food or groceries.

i got this bag, and it’s extremely good quality , however not secure drinks 🥤 place in it wish deliveroo made few compartments for drinks

It’s a free bag and unfortunately not designed for heavy use.
I replaced mine with a Spartan pack (video on my channel) a few months later

No. There’s some water resistance but it’s not waterproof
That thing in the middle is really dumb because if you have one those tall bags were items are stacked there will be no room at all
It was free so I just used whatever they gave me.
Replaced it with another bag a few months later
