The small straps on bottom is made probably to attach bag to the bike rack.Thx for vid idk what to chose this bag or uber bag😢

the bag is useless, water gets in through the zippers, the straps inside for drinks are too short to fasten anything, it is also too narrow for larger deliveries from McDonald's and the compartment in the middle is problematic to close and fasten, in addition this bag is expensive, I have one I used it for about 2 weeks and I am very dissatisfied, I do not recommend it, unless for small orders, McDonald's food bags are too wide so you can only put one at the bottom and one at the top and anyway the bag that is at the bottom will be crushed just like the one at the top, there is simply not enough space in it widthwise

When out riding I want to feel safe and from what you have said this bike would not be for me, plus it has no suspension. So therefore Carerra No thanks.

frikin jokers are now selling the 2020 version for the same price as the 2021 cost ack when you made this,and they don't even sell the 2021 anymore so people don't realise they being conned

First thing id do is replace the saddle and get schwalbe marathon plus tires or tannus armour

I don't see the point in drink holders as most places put drinks in paper bags, there should be drinks compartments in the delivery rider bag's but they always seem to fail to have this feature, forcing rider's to purchase smaller bag's for drinks to put inside of the bigger bags.

Brooooooo I literally came here to figure out how to use those cardboard flaps 😭 Instructions just show you prop them up against the sides and bottom, but they kept falling over. Would have NEVER realized there were velcro flaps to slide them in! You're a lifesaver!!!

It's taken more than two years but I now know what the extra sheets are for.

Hi, thanks for your video! I just bought one of these bikes. I’m having some problems with the battery. Just wondering if yours do the same. When I leave it overnight, next morning i can’t turn it on by just pressing the button on the little dash thingy! I’ve got to press the button near the battery off and on again. Is that the same with yours?

My bag's zipper's busted. I managed to get a new one from Deliveroo after waiting for 3 months. Unfortunately the same thing happened to the new bag. I got it mended at a local zip shop. But then again, one of the shoulder straps is beginiing to shred into strands, and I guess this is due to repeatedly carrying heavy groceries to customers. I tried asking for a new bag from Deliveroo but they say it's not in stock. I am just praying the strap does not snap when I delivering customers' food or groceries.

I wish I never bought this bike it's been faulty constantly and reading some of the reviews on Halfords it shows a potential death trap with battery's stopping suddenly in traffic and wheels and chains breaking and slipping off happened to me once with a truck behind and the chain snapped on high gear.

I bought the crosscity today and the usb port in the battery was missing, Halfords guy stated that they have changed the design of the battery. I was annoyed with this and handed the bike back to them before refunding me they said they would get me a new battery with the usb port on it. I was happy with that and now waiting for the new battery. My first ride took me over 20 miles and I still had three bars left on the charge. I did not force the bike as it was brand new and my first ever ride. I found the seat very very uncomfortable and I may purchase some sort of comfy saddle. With no suspension it it is a very rough ride going over bumps with no suspension. I have purchased the gel filled tyres which protects the tyres from punctures. As a first bike I enjoyed it and it is ideal for commuting. I paid £999.00. The video is spot on and it is as stated. 28th August 2022.

You can’t go fast because of the small wheels and that is also why it feels twitchy, I ride a BMX, a road bike and a 29er and they are feel and ride different. I like this little folding bike, I’ve been looking at it for years to get one for a laugh but the mrs says I have too many bikes 😂 Faster I’ve gone one the BMX, around 25mpg, 29ner around 35mph and the road bike I’ve done 46mph Good video 👍

is the bag waterproof

I've got the non pedal assist version and I've gone 30mph and its great I'm 6ft2 and 200+lbs I love mine I know I can confidently get through small paths, between cars and people ect

I’m new, I’ve only done 21 deliveries so far and my account just got deactivated and the email doesn’t even specify for what, it vaguely says I should check out the Abusing the platform section of the policies. I feel like if you’re going to try to accuse me of doing fraudulent activity, you should at least tell me what I supposedly did wrong and maybe give me some evidence? I literally didn’t even do anything wrong and this shit came out of nowhere & the money that I worked hard for was withheld from me:) I tried appealing but nothing. Then I found the comments about #larktech and tried my luck. I was reactivated after a couple of hours. Second guessing working for this company. I really fucking needed that money at that time I’m still upset even tho it happened about a month ago

That thing in the middle is really dumb because if you have one those tall bags were items are stacked there will be no room at all

i got this bag, and it’s extremely good quality , however not secure drinks 🥤 place in it wish deliveroo made few compartments for drinks

As you say, Carrera products never seem to get reviewed, only the more expensive brands like Brompton and Gocycle It’s good to read that some long term users haven’t had any reliability issues with this bike as that’s a make or break issue with any e-bike. The new Mycle Compact seems to be its main competitor.
