Which of these options is best for viewing at maximum original picture and text resolution/quality for larger computer screens? Also, can hyperlinks still function for viewers?
2 questions….after publishing a slide show with music…the music isn’t playing why? How do I fix this? Also when I share a presentation with a link to TH-cam must I share the presentation in edit or view mode.
Oh wow Thank you for this I am trying to share my slide to the public but only for my online store customers. I dont want them to see all the tools and extra stuff all around thats where I was needing help. Im also trying to attach the link to my presentation to a welcome email I have for my customers, I hope this works. But it looks like some good info to start with!
Question: When making a presentation using other Google Drive content ( pics/video, audio or docs) in your presentation, is it necessary to also "Share or publish" all of the individual pieces of that content as well as the presentation itself?
Thank you for this, however having the same issue as Ms. Hall. Published to web and audio does not work for others. I have opened the option to be opened with anyone who has the link. Any suggestions?
That's hard to tell without seeing the actual Slide. If the audio didn't work for anyone, did you insert it using the Insert Audio method? After you insert it, make sure the setting are right such as playing automatically instead of on click and that the volume is up.
RE: No audio file with your Google Slides Share/Publish. This is a common complaint especially among classroom teachers wanting to share their narrated instructions, etc. As far as I can tell from all my searching, you must first send along the audio file that's in your Google Drive, then the Slideshow itself. I also saw a tutorial where the instructor dragged his audio file into his Google Slides file and then Shared his presentation. This he did in his Google Drive but I have no proof for you because my drag and drop function is malfunctioning. What else is new?😐
thanks, I just setup mine, works great on desktop but if I open my wordpress on mobile its super small and when I turn landscape its stay super small.
Thank you for another clear and detailed video with easy-to-understand examples. This looks like a useful tool.
You're welcome, I'm glad you liked it. It's pretty handy to be able to embed a slide show on a website.

I've published my slideshow, but the music I inserted that I hear doesn't play on other devices through the link. Help!
Turn the volume up! Just kidding, I don't know. It seems like it should.
Is there a way that can print the slides and speaker notes on a presentation someone else published?
Wow thanks for doing this video it has been very helpful,Easy step by step information ...

You shouldn't need to.
Great video! Can you tell me if when shared to a facebook group, will the link still work? Please and thank you :)

can you publish it on youtube?
No straightforward way of doing that.
@Lifelong Learner Too late fool, I have achiceved animation
This no longer works. There is no Publish to Web option on Google Slides.
There is on mine. It nested with Share in the File menu.
