Yes, she is a product of the system. I wonder how she can ever loose that title and become a fully fledged woman of substance? As for him his whole self esteem must be harmed by this person. I wonder what happened to her in those foster homes and in state run homes? Because from what I gather you have to learn how to survive. I wonder if that is why she is so shut of from bonding with someone? That is why she can convince vulnerable people easily, and why she finally told the truth? Why not stay on your own until the baby is born and then do a paternity test. This man is still the legal father and if he wanted he could have custody until the courts recognises the dna test.

I'm curious to know what's this definition of a "good man". In my opinion, it's so easy for both male and female to fall off of any pedestal that they have been placed on. I can only speak from a single males point of view and say that there aren't many of us that will openly admit we are trash because we have no idea that we may be. I believe the Black Woman has had an impact on every other culture of woman. They have taught the masses to empower themselves and being submissive to a man is seen as something that is earned not a right. Our women in my opinion happen to be the only culture where it's not uncommon for the female to be both the provider and the nurturer.

Unfortunately, she is the rule among young people who were brought up in the foster care system (bounced from house to house, rejected by family members and left to their own devices once emancipated by the system). Mr. Walker is the exception. I hope his spirit isn't beyond repair. It's been beaten down enough in his young life. This is truly heartbreaking.
This was one of the worst results episodes. The mother is evil. She let him take care of her because the other guy was probably broke. I feel sorry for that little angel. If the other man knows he's the father and has moved or taken responsibility in 14 months then he won't ever step up.

Both of these very young people grew up broken, in the system and without guidance. They are unsure about life, but now this young man escaped this mess and can have a brighter future!!
Being a dad who went through the system I wish I could give him a hug. I know the strife he’s had to endure to get to where he is and if no one has told him how proud they are of him! I am. Respect to him for trying to break his generational curses. Prayers to him to have become a better man from this.

I agree...if these women got punished for all the evil they inflicted on a good man they would think twice about it in the future...I paid 748 dollar's a month child support and I over paid 15,000 dollars because I lost my job and they took half my check and they didn't stop when I got caught up...she spewed evil when I was behind but when I got caught up she just said sòoo...my kids gave me no credit either they never did anything for my birthday or father's day or Christmas...what a prison sentence that was 19years of child support,
Sadly, he won't get any penny back even if he sued her, cos he signed the birth certificate, and is the legal father.
Sadly he signed the birth certificate so even he is not biologically the father he is now legally tied to him and her and if she wants to she could ask for child support. If that is the case I would look for a procedure where I can legally remove my name. The kid did nothing wrong and I still might look out for him I just don’t want to end up in jail over child support when the kid is not even mine.

When I see such women, I thank God for the girl in my life. We have compleated 21 years as a married couple. yes. we do have arguments once in a while but, we have never slept without hugging each other. She is the only reason why I am a happy person. I thank God for blessing my family with happiness and peace.

Hes keeping himself very calm, composed and respectful as possible in this situation. I cannot imagine what men like him go through who aren't hearing honesty from a woman they are with, feeling with certainty that a child was mine, stay the whole pregnancy, there for the birth, don't even hesitate to sign the birth certificate and help raise this baby and living with this woman as a family...only to be told after bonding that not only is there a possibility the child isn't yours...You're told definitively the child isn't yours and you're not allowed to see the baby.
I haven't seen this whole story yet but on that alone, what a cold-hearted thing to do to a man that clearly accepted the child and wanted to be there

I agree with most of what you have said but Jail is not the place for her. She has already been in the system and what kind of future would that be for her son. He would then be in the system. It takes two to have a baby and so many of us as women are left holding the baby. I would ask you to think about equality as both parents being responsible not just the woman. I think her behaviour is wrong, cruel, and she has very poor judgement. I think she should be taught that her behaviour was wrong and has consequences. But he should also be taught that when he stepped up he should have waited until the dna test is done before claiming a child, the test is reasonably priced and would have saved so much heartache. There was a desperation on his part to be loved and become a father without the scientific proof. We are their village and perhaps we could do better and yes true equality would then take place but...
This is the reason Paternity Test should be taken at the Hospital married or not.

There is very rarely doubt over paternity, only in a tiny minority of births say 3% Please don't start thinking the people on this TV show are typical of all parents - the clue's in the title, 'Paternity Court', they have been selected for a reason!

However, when they got in an argument, she, like a lot of us, say things in the heat of the moment that we can't take back. Then she had the nerve to get indignant after he put her on blast with the text messages.

The man stepped up as a man and father; got 2 jobs to support his girl and his unborn baby (cause she couldn't work) and she is nonchalant about her treatment of him. She didn't love or appreciate him, she was simply using him.
This is why family Court laws need to change so women like her who do this have to take responsibility for their actions and the way she told him he is the blame for what she did she needs to get off her high horse
She owes him compensation for moral damages. This is a very concrete case. He doesn't need a lawyer, he can represent himself and he will win.

In my state the man HAS TO have a DNA test done before he can sigh the birth certificate, unless the couple is married because in marriage a child born is autimatically lawfully the husband's child.

I agree, but at the sane time I hate when that person holds what they did for you over your head. Example: When me and my fiancé get into agruements he keeps telling me he pays the bill and he works. Wow.... she was heartless and trifling. If there are multiple men involved you tell them both. She is the reason why some men doubt paternity because of women like this. If I know I was with more than one man, I’m not letting anyone sign the birth certificate or think they are the Father. She is a product of the system, abandon, neglected, forced to live in many different non biological family homes. So what does she learn to survive that? Sabotage, damage, harm and get what you can to survive. What she did was cruel and just what the system teaches. I feel sorry for that baby because the inter generational harm will keep going.

Am I the only one here that's furious at this woman's conceited behaviour being displayed at this court hearing. Lemme call 1-800 chokethathoe ; girl you are one heartless woman. No amount of explanation or your crocodile tears can allow someone like myself to have any sympathy for you. Ms. Devost we all know by now karma is real so your day shall come (you have a child, possibly will have more or better yet grandchildren... then we wonder why some things happen to generations down the line). You've just ruined the life of a young man who decide he was going do good despite his rough upbringing. I pray that he finds peace within himself and God thereby not allowing this situation to deter him to become that respectable man he plans to be within society.
