The diesel d-sire jeans are my go to wide/baggy jeans right now. Super comfy and look great. I got the blue pair, and eventually want the black pair. I don’t got it like that to drop 1.3k on balenci jeans rn so these are a great alternative😅

maneeee you gotta fold n interlock the seam allowances and double topstitch with the mara 60 on the denims icl. standard allowance stitch + overlock seam allowance + double stay stitch to look like it's got a double cover is cool maybe on the front fly part because it's a bear to sew and totally ok on an outseam but on the inseam + back? denims was built that way traditionally for a reason it's not as sturdy a stitch even though it'll probably be fine
if you arent on a budget i think the rick owens cargo bela denim are one of the best

Another way to "wash" your denim without having to actually put them in the wash (breaks down the cotton over time) is putting them in the freezer overnight. Will kill any bacteria & any stench they may have if you a stinky stinky

Relative to designer prices the options I propose are for sure cheaper then their luxury counter parts but you can really find an alternative to any of these if you go the vintage route or thrifting
