I have watched this movie twice now and really don't get the hate it's not bad in my opinion, it's not great but it's not bad. I actually liked this movie more than i liked age of ultron. Actually i think this movie is better than alot of the Marvel movies (not all of them, but some) I love the darker tone of the DC movies.

It has problems no doubt about it but i don't understand why this movie is universally hated when some of the marvel movies where just as bad but they get a free pass.
i've watched at least 300 movies in the last few years and bvs is near the top because of its action. its insane premise. its soundtrack(i have bought 4 songs from it. i only buy songs from movies maybe 1 out of 25 times). its sadness(i knew there was a chance he would die but i didn't think they would do it). its funniness(batman gets rolled so easily by supes). and yes, i just couldn't believe i would see batman and superman and wonder woman and the flash in 1 movie in my life time.

I have just watched this movie and I don't get why people are so mad about it. People say it is too dark, it is ridiculous. It is not particularly dark. It is as dark as it should be, knowing this is a DC Comic movie, but the movie itself is not especially dark. On the other hand, we complain it is too boring. This is also ridiculous. Surely, there are some calm moments, but they are not necessarily boring, this is all part of the plan, this is to legitimately build up the story to the ending fight (exactly as they did in Lord of the Rings), which was epic. The movie is pretty good and absolutely not bad.
+Iron Man I don't get the Rotten Tomatoes reviews, I watched it and I liked the absence of humour and the seriousness of this movie. It really makes you think about a lot of things, not like Marvel where it's like "Ok I prefer Iron Man character so I'm for his team" while in Dawn of Justice, Batman and Superman have made good and bad things, so you know, you need to make your brains work, and I guess some people can't do that.
Vincent Fillieule DC is very different from Marvel but people end up comparing both and the movie at the end gets bad reviews not because it is bad but because of all of the hype resulting from the showdowns. I guess that most of the people did not even really care about the movie itself.

I don't compare Marvel and DC (I'm not a fanboy of any of the 2 either), but Marvel dominated a lot for the last years (I think they did) and people, who just went over Deadpool hype (a little overrated btw), expected DC to do a bit the same kind of movie I guess...

Still good movies, but I wouldn't call that version of the Batman, the Batman, realistic or not. Once you examen them, you'd see how full of bs that version actually was. And Bale didn't "give" Affleck the role, Bale's performance was great, but we're not criticizing him, but the director.

blame wb and dc for not trusting zack enough to release the 3 hour version in theatres. but even still, i thought it was amazing. i've watched many weird movies so i didn't find anything out of place in the movie. obviously, i have issues with lex being so dumb to make zod 2 and supes not talking more in the v batman part.
The only thing about this movie I didn't care for was Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor. Everything else is almost perfect! This is by far one of the greatest comic book movies ever made! Zack Snyder is a genius!

I had to bring my cat "Murri" to the Vet for euthanasia. she had a growth size of an egg on the right side of her neck. she couldn't eat, she couldn't sleep. she couldn't even breath properly. Murri needed to go on that particular monday morning. and I couldn't be with her in her final moments because on that very cursed day I had a geometry exam and after that, an important presentation that my whole year rode on. I had to abandon her to the hands of a stranger she didn't like. I remember the look on her face when I stroke her soft white fur for the last time. she knew something was wrong and she sensed that I was sad, even in that condition she tried to lick my fingers to give me confort. on that monday morning, I tired to hide my tears with the rain drops while I was running to the bus station. The Nolan movies had the atmosphere nailed, along Batman's obsession and his fear tactics, but the hand to hand in those movies was not what it should've been. And they could've done with more detective work. Don't think we'll get much of that in this either, though.

Between BvS and Civil War, Civil War was hands down the better movie. However, I don't know what it is, but there is something intriguing about BvS that makes me want to watch it every so often. I have only watched Civil War once. I think I watched BvS at least 4 or 5 times
While I think Civil War was a better movie, I enjoy watching Batman v Superman solely because of the cast. Ben Affleck and Jesse Eisenberg are what made me watch this movie multiple times in theaters.

I am a Marvel fanboy and a Dark Knight Trilogy fanboy. I also love X-Men and Superman. None of these franchises are the reason I disliked this movie. I just thought it was a poorly put-together film.
