Also, the "husband" is probably in his late 50's and receives SSI for LEARNING disabilities? Both the Plaintiff and the husband are on probation for drug charges. SSI shouldn't be going to ANYONE convicted of drug charges. Absolutely disgusting.

The defendant couldn’t have been more gracious and respectful, she explained her side well and even at the end she tried to clarify something the judge obviously misunderstood but JM wouldn’t have it. There is one episode where a black woman was suing for her big screen tvs and designer clothes and JM kept insulting her for having nice things while on disability. It was very odd because the woman said from the beginning she became disabled within the past year due to having cancer 😕 but JM kept making it seem like she was gaming the system.

Kids that have mental delays and learning disabilities that are in school do get ssi! I guess his learning disability stayed with him as an adult. Instead of finding work cause they do have organizations that helps people with mental disabilities find work!
