Hands down timeshares are the biggest financial scams out there. They are way overpriced up front, with most of the upfront costs going towards sales and commissions--and then you are stuck with increasing maintenance fees forever (even after death).
She is still young and seems to be paying for most things. It also depends on where you live. Most of the participants are from the NYC area. In NYC, that salary will barely pay for rent and food and transportation for two people. A very sad reality post Covid.
