Abandoned Modell’s Sporting Goods in Livingston, NJ

This location closed down in August 2020 I believe, when all the rest of the physical stores closed down for good. There was not really much to see inside the building, it was pretty much gutted out. Hope to see it become something else in the near future.

They put a stupid covid/vaccine center there and then they closed down thank god. That would be cool if someone took that Sears sign and was able to keep it for themselves!

@@TimurD1905 yup… they didn’t same thing at the Sears in the Columbia Place mall down here in SC. At least they are now converting the Dillard’s part of the mall into county and state offices.

This store closed in 2018. I shopped there all the time, it was one of the first big anchor stores to leave this mall, Sears and Lord & Taylor soon followed.

I never been inside the mall, but it didn't look like many people were shopping even during lunch time. Not sure if Livingston Mall is declining or not
