I was looking at the storm bee for the top speed. I think you sold me on the ultra now. Awesome video, thank you for actually posting a video of one going over 50!

I don’t know anything about this guy - first time seeing him - first video I’ve ever seen of his. ( & I subscribed ) I DO KNOWWWW this guy has paid his dues to ride the way he’s riding. Alllllll that being said: I’m sold. Just got the Ultra Bee - DEFINITELY going to chase down those links / order that controller & battery, hopefully your code helps. I’ve been riding my whole life. But am sooooo new to the e bike thing. Got my 12 yr old son a Light Bee X. He LOVES IT & RIPS IT!!! I love it too! I don’t understand the regen factor. Could / would YOU explain the dynamics of that & would you please tell me EXACTLY where all your set points are & if there’s a safer spot for wheelies with the regen, I’d love to know it. Keep it rubber side down! Cheers!
After the ultra bee and buying the 82v battery and the Torp Tc1000 “shout out Darwin” and then the Ebmx motor 😅14,000$ later I’m running 90mph down the highways 😂
No matter what light weight emoto you get, for this kind of performance you will spend that money. Think the stark varg is the same price and maybe has a little more power but worse range.
@@206fab all my bros where saying get a stark but like you said the range and the amount of maintenance there is flushes and etc and I almost bet later on after beating it to death the maintenance for brakes and rotors and wheels will cost you hundreds
Update; after calibrating the bike, calibrating the throttle it works perfectly. Amazing.! it had me set the throttle to 0.07v based on some variables. The normal is 0.55v but I can change that later. I am extremely happy thank you so much for your video. Basically you were my motivation to add this controller to the bike and it worked perfectly. Hello, thinking of getting an Ultra Bee and considering getting this controller. I won't upgrade the battery so I will leave everything stock. I was wondering if it's worth upgrading to this controller with stock battery and how much power it gives? Top speed and acceleration etc... Thanks!
I think you have to calibrate your wheel sensor because I don’t think the miles per hour is right I had to do the same with mine when I put super Moto‘s on them
What’s your throttle curve set at and is yours more on the smooth side or aggressive? I mainly do street riding, I don’t wheelie, just cutting up through traffic
hello with this controler the range decrease , do you know the % ? and in original configuration eco mode begin at 20 % , with this controler it can begin later ?
due to what increased mileage on 1 charge? increased power, increased consumer amperage relative to increased power, the battery discharges more due to the fact that the controller draws more capacity from it, correct me if I'm wrong
@@206fab Still planning to post that video? Solid range info on the ultra bee is hard to find. It’s mostly all people riding it all different speeds off road, then claiming different ranges.
you need to update the wiring in order for communication with the stock battery and stock display to work. Switch the firmware to regular and click wiring.Update just wiring not controller firmware on regular TAB.
I have an ultra bee and recently upgraded it with the torp tc1000 and after following all the correct steps and calibrating my motor on my app it gave me a code that said motor temperature sensor issue, and the temperature was -131 which obviously it wasn’t but i contacted torp and they told me hall/motor sensor so i replaced it and nothing happened, so i was just wondering if you have any ideas on what i could do?
Hello, I’ve never had this issue. Did you make sure your app/controller are up to date? Also try a recalibration on your motor. What motor are you using?
@@206fab hi thanks for replying, i have checked to see if my app was up to date, i have also tried the recalibration on the motor, i am running the stock battery and controller. @wesleydoesmtb1161 yeah, I install of lot of Torp products and normally a motor calibration fixes that. If for some reason your motor is bad I got a sotion motor for sale for cheap. 300 miles on it.
Can you do a gps speed test? Maybe it’s just the camera but that didn’t look like 70mph. I’m wondering if your wheel speed ratio isn’t set correctly for those super motos.
Cant wait until we get a battery upgrade thats worth the money dump. (with the supermoto setup) We need a solid range of 50mi until it hits 30% with heavier street wheels and on sport mode. (I have milk wheels)

Yes, 100 percent worth it. You get some much more power and more importantly controller over how the bike feels.

Did I get that correctly? It was 15 kW and the speed is in mph, not kmph? The difference from stock seems enormous.
Speed is in mph, 25kw in sport and 15kw in daily
