Can I ask what you all are doing to lose weight?
I had surgery to remove excess skin which I think was a total of 14 pounds skin and fat after lipo.
I have been on ozempic on and off for about 7 months maybe more. So I have lost a good bit of weight using that along with doing a keto diet here recently. Which has helped me a lot.
Doing all this has made it easier to do more and be more active which also helps. 😀
@@lovesomeeverything Oh WOW. I'm diabetic & my doctors don't want me to take Ozempic, not sure why tho. I'm going to ask why at my next appointment. They skate around things, unfortunately. Congrats on your success!! I definitely could lose some weight.
Usually diabetics are the ones they put on this medication. I was pre diabetic and it has gone away since taking the medicine and losing weight, thank God. Yeah I would definitely ask.... 🫂 🤗
