The butterfly didn’t always lead to a lama. Sometimes it brings you to mobs, caves, chests, etc.
Sometimes cavea where it leads have very good drops in chests inside...in 1 cave marked by a butterfly I found 3 brute skins
Tip: if you want to kill brutes a little easier, get a villager to follow you and the just distract/tank damage for you to hit them. Plus they respawn infinitely beside you
I really hope in the future we can actually repair our tools
If you find a cave with multiple exits or entrances. Use a map marker at each entrance outside of a cave. Then customize the icon to match the icon at the other entrance. This way you can keep track which cave leads to another specific cave you need to go. This could be useful for a bit of fast travel around the world. Just be sure to differentiate the icon so you dont get confused of which cave goes to where if you find more than two caves with multiple entrances

Tip: with the glider it uses your stamina. When that runs out when you're in the air you will drop down to the ground. To avoid fall damage aim for a bush.
Also bushes can be used to hide from all enemies except for spiders, great for healing in a pinch.
Tip: farming is the biggest hack for long distances.
Keep your berries, pumpkins, or corn and use the grain mill to create seeds. With the seeds you can plant in soil and and create unlimited food sources.
Slap berries can be juiced to make a slap drink that gives you 4 hearts and you can drink it quickly, best consumable for combat healing
or wait till your stamina is almost over and drop,when your about to touch the ground activate the glider
Jump attack before you hit ground to avoid fall damage also.
I reccomend the big log gates to increase village ratings although they cost 22 wood a piece
You can set up as many campfires as you want in caves itll help with knowing the way around
If you feed sheep or cows a vine (by dropping one infront of them) they will drop 3 wool/milk
Does this take many tries?
I've found wen you first start explore it's easy to find the desert the snow and grasslands right next to each other this could take an hour or two but definitely worth it as there are many places in maps where 3-4 biomes next to each other so set up base there
i have a tip to add to this! how to get tons of crops easily! turns out theres a bug in the game that allows you to instantly harvest a planted crop. when you break a seed in a plot, you'd expect it to just break or at most give you the seed back, but this isnt the case! if you break a freshly planted seed, it'll give you the full plant as if you had waited for it to fully grow! just put a stack of seeds in a farm plot and then just attack the freshly planted seed with an uncommon sword and you'll quickly get 50 vines and 50 of whatever plant you wanted! its still working as of today!
Use candles in caves they are very cheap to create and help me not get lost
No fall damage in a big bush has to be an Assassins Creed nod
Another tip that im not sure if it was mentioned: keep audio on! Sometimes you will hear a supply drop! Gives epic loot
First tip is brainless. There are multiple other settings that you can change. And it is a generally bad idea to change any of them if your new. Because it will alter the experience. Especially temperature which is really important in this game.

idk about you guys but my first world i found a desert fast and then the snow biome i can see from my main base literally could see all 3 biomes lol but keeping my stuff organized is so hard lol
Those butterflies are annoying, they'll lead you into a trap as often as they lead you to goodies.
If it stops and just zips into the ground, with nothing there, try digging in the spot it disappeared in

I built the best area the best base ever. I live close to an island in the grasslands, and the island is close to a desert behind where I live is mountain and ice mountain one in a lifetime opportunity.
Idk why everyone struggles or worries about village rating , I built a shack a log lodge and a campfire w a log fort wall around it all and that got me to 10, obviously all the crafting benches and everything are included but I literally have one of each where as everyone I see has ten to twelve.
Yea i just made a wall, only half way done, havent even put spikes on it and already have enough rating for level 5
One of my games literally started me in the middle of the ocean. I was so far from land that i instantly deleted that one. I would have drowned just trying to make it to land.
Do the random buildings or structures respawn if I destroy them? Also do the really big, fat, or tall trees respawn?

Hearty Totem is the most powerfull item in the game! If u stay at full health, you can survive hunger and temperatures.

How do you use this 'third sense' aura that shows nearby enemies/critters? It shows up a lot of times like in 0:45
It's called visual sound effects. Enable it in your settings. Idk if u still need this info

Honestly, in my opinion, they should rework the thruster system to make it simpler to use, such as activating it with the nearest device, or using a special chair to control the thrusters, using the A,S,W,D keys. As a vehicle, does anyone else think the same as me in this opinion?
THE CHEST GLITCH IS PATCHED!!!!! The reason it would delete items sometimes was because if it wasn’t placed on stable ground(if it was placed on like a hill or a wierd angle) it would just delete the items
The beach area does have pirates me and my bro got dynamite thrown at us when we went there.

So I do disagree with #1 for only one reason. I disagree with any option that makes part of the game useless. If you disable temperature, snowberries, peppers, temp charms, all useless. If you disable hunger, why bother with most food except to heal.
I mean I get it, I understand the annoyance and play however you prefer. That's just an asterisk I would attach to any advice to turn off settings, especially this early in the game when there is so little to do.
You don't want to gut half the gameplay loop just because it's annoying to have to deal with being cold. You want to have a purpose for those peppers you found at the beach and a reason to craft the charm. At least I do.
I played with my cousin who wanted to turn off hunger and my first reaction on spawn was 'oh... I can ignore all these pumpkins and blueberries can't I... They might as well not exist, at least this early in the game.'

The problem of the glitching fling machines are, when u use the machine for 10/15 minutes it crash, cause the free pieces make invisible damage at the structure. Every working machine i have built has crash herself after 10/15 minutes use.😢

@@majesticeagle5461 I do use charms on survival 😌 but I actually had fun looking for the resources for that certain charm instead of just going into the inventory 😂

Finding a desert is hell like what we’re they thinking
Oh😭😭 in my first world there was a desert right next to where I spawned
My main world closest desert is 1732 meters away i am currently moving my staff i have a mega base sooo... goodliluck for me
i have to walk 5 minutes then swim 5 minutes to get to mine
The map is huge. First thing you want to do is build steps up real high so you can see everything. Especially in the desert because all the caves are a different color they are light brown I didn’t realize how many caves there are. I have found like eight in desert area. I also mark all of my caves that I find with a map marking post. It only takes to granite, and I mark them red if they’re hot blue, if they’re cold and yellow for grasslands.
Go South East from your spawn
Tip, go to sandbox and look for a good place to build ur village, right between dessert and snow. Then exit and put the seed in survival and just go there. It saves so much time

@@sonicoduh1125 when you create a new world you can enter the seed there, if your trying to copy a creative world seed there will be a number in the picture of your world that's the seed
I lucked out and got a formation like this at the spawn location of my 1st ever world I created with the seed I manually entered which was my favorite number 4444.
i wish stuff would automatically stack when you put it in a chest and taking it from the chest then putting it into your inventory

Yeah the merging is annoying, but half the time I came back from a crazy battle with a brute or skeletons. So I don’t mind chilling and organizing a bit .🤣 hope they fix this tho

A good tip in the cave is to give your NPC follower a torch that you have travel with it. The NPC will keep things lit up and you can put a heal on your off hand for quick heal.
But do they still assist with attacking?

5:35 to add, one of the best builds to use to help with cave navigation is the roof builds. Go to "building parts", choose roof and choose the ones that require only 1 material. Orient them in such a way that the top (or the bottom) faces the exit.
Not only is it super cheap, it also points the way.
I’ve noticed a green-shimmering-’firefly’-like effect that shows you the way through the cave. They’re like EXIT signs in buildings.
If you aim straight down you can throw a torch right in front of you, I usually use that whenever I come to a fork or general area that I think would help navigate my way back and it's fast

My village is covered in bones and broken pickaxes from all of the skeleton attacks - is there any way to dispose of the pickaxes, other than taking them and dumping them away from the village?
I made a pile of the pickaxes in a cave and they all got removed after some time, not sure if its the same for above ground
Just quit out your world and rejoin, fastest way to do it
Tip, when using the glitch to repare weapons, build that one stairs with suport and put the chest, because sometimes the itens will dissapear (happens a lot in desert mountains)
Big tip when petting animals to get resources. As soon as you go to pet then you can dodge roll to cancel the animation and still get the item. You can dodge roll and kill a cow before the milk drops
A tip for combat, if you use the dodge button while standing still you will do a short back dash. This will help you get more damage out because of the short distance you get besides from rolling away and running to them.
This game is really fun but it ends quickly. Will they add updates?

Carry 3 torches and a shield. In the caves, if you see a fight ahead of you, throw the torches for light, and equip your shield, so you can see and fight.
You can build a campfire, anywhere, with 3 wood. In the early stages of the game, if you want to survive in the frost biome and still collect items, bring a bunch of Snowberry Shakes and build a campfire as you travel through the cave.
This will not only save your life, it can give you extra light, plus an easy "breadcrumb" trail to get out, if you get turned around in the cave
Using a stair with a platform guarantees you to not lose your weapon doing the durability glitch
I like using regeneration charms for tempature and the extra healing can come in handy with powerful enemies.

Sometimes when I die, I don’t respawn on my bed. I end up respawning on the complete other side of the map. When my friend joined my world, she also spawned across the map from me. (I built my base on the old spawn lol)
yeah I had mine glitch to coordinates 0,0 before, it happened when I set my bed at a random place traveling and then went back home and died. Luckily our camp was only at 5,5 ish so it was like a 20 minute walk back.

Never thought I'd have to make a report like this - If you haven't looked at your Lego game settings, you should change the game to Invite Only as someone who I had let onto my friends list but never really spent time playing with and they tried to steal resources from my camp and one of my caves - when I kicked them they had a backpack FULL of my resources directly from my camp storage and they had destroyed beds for my villagers and they nearly left my camp and they added their own bed in my house.
I got lucky with my first llama, whem i opened it, it dropped a rare crossbow and a ton of epic food.
Also the snow biome villagers are the most powerful villagers
I like that you go into the temperature discussion right off the bat. Saying it's a 'nuisance' is putting it lightly imo. temperature can be extremely annoying, more-so in the desert than in the mountains. Because at least in mountains it is constantly cold but for desert I am constantly jumping between hot during day and cold at night. sometimes being in shade helps and sometimes not. sometimes the torch affects me, sometimes not. And the worst is when I JUST eat temp resist food and then a minute later my character goes from hot to cold or vice versa and I then have to eat a different food to counter the temp change. I'm finally at the point now of understanding charms and using them but the whole design around temperature in the world is frustratingly tedious. And when I first started, I was wondering semi-around the mountain region and when I got cold, I threw down a campfire thinking it would help, but nope. Then I jump on TOP of the campfire and yet my character was still COLD! He's practically on fire but he's cold, sure. 🤦♂And just to make it even dumber, when I started to plant crops, I walked over my chili pepper plot and my guys temperature would jump towards hot. So standing on top of fire doesn't warm me but standing on top of a chili pepper farm plot does. 🤦♂
The game clearly mimics Valheim in quite a few ways, which is perfectly fine since I extremely enjoyed Valheim. But everything that's done similarly between the 2 games is just executed poorly in lego. I'm all for challenges but temperature will hinder your enjoyment of the game with its horrible and retarded design.
Or just make 3 charms and quit crying

Some were so amazing that I will always cherish the memories I had with them and those games became the standard to which I hold for the rest of the industry. If you built where you landed, no big deal. Once you get a glider, setting up a sort of "glider highway" with ladders is easy.
To many Spoilers insted of tipps! I mean where i get wich Ressource is not a tipp. Whats max kind of weapon type is not a tipp it only spoilers the game, thats annoying, wish i never see the video.

Yo i went into this cave in the snow area and the first area where you land was glitched and no floor was there and i was freezing! I had to build a bridge out!
My game always spawns me in brites village is there a way to change this.
There is not much I would fault with this game other then quality of life stuff that should be added like for example adding the ability to transfer a whole stack and it auto stacks on an existing stack in the chest instead of having to click the stack then placing it on the existing stack in chest or taking it out into inventory to merge the stacks and also add a speed drink/berry to allow you to explore the map faster as when you have stamina it’s a nightmare to discover your map
I'd love them to add a rift to go to Lego fortnite but instead of rifting you into the air it rifts back to spawn

You can just build a wall and destroy it to farm flex wood or higher rarity materials. Build the wall next to whatever you want to destroy and hit it with your fists

The first seems really rare but i trully already find at least 1 "treasure cave" in each biome and give me incredible amounts of stuff i haven’t unlocked yet 🤞😁
Another thing is theres a bug where if you play this it messes up control for normal fortnite. Go to 2nd last tab for control binding and hit restore to default each time you play lego then back to fort

Blue swords do equal damage to the basic tree as a purple axe, swords don’t use durability mining trees BUT DO take durability from hitting bushes
