Value wise it's not worth it considering the house and lot size, but it is Lawrence Park and you pay what people will bid and this is what rich international buyers are willing to pay. At least the neighborhood is premium unlike the scammed foreigners who paid 6 million for 3000sqft in Etobicoke...
