Now this is a home
One place I have seen recently has that side entrance going to a gated and concealed parking pad for a catering truck to sit. The side entrance then leads into a catering kitchen or chef's kitchen with a complete stove and oven, microwave, sink, and dishwasher. This way catering staff can use the truck as a base for the event and then come and go from the concealed catering kitchen without interfering with the event. It also then leaves the main kitchen for a buffet service on the island. The catering staff can also do cleanup and takedown in that kitchen without interfering with the event and be gone before the last guest leaves since it has its own separate street entrance and parking pad.

A magnificent home! If the host could avoid slurring throughout the video, it would even be better. Be confidently calm and majestically slow is the key to a successful introduction to such a beautiful home.
I remember when developers were into this fad of blocky monster homes partitioned into several poorly defined and undersized square nooks in the public part of the space. Who needs surplus mini-sitting rooms? A Great Room should be great in size. The address is wrong in the description btw. "Nanny Suit" - srsly?
A home theatre with framed posters (large glass surface along the walls) is ill-advised for audio purposes. I hope the current owner is enjoying it and living their best life.

Beautiful home, but you still have to carry your laundry all the way from the basement to the top floor, or is that the nanny's job since it's right beside the "nanny suite".
If you have a nanny then that would work out perfectly. Or there is a washer dryer combo on the second floor for those smaller quicks loads.

At that price range, some buyers expect more than one garage for their toys, pantry room, etc... It seems like the house was designed but a few different people and they all had their own different ideas. Well built home but not my style. All the best!

Nice house, but not worth the asking price, three agents have listed it, it is still on the market after three months, means the market doesn’t approve the asking price, it should be in proximity of 4m.

turns out all those slander memes are true.
The exterior of the house is very clean and architecturally pleasing. The chains which sustain the overhanging entrance are too small in scale. I think the house is not opulent in side. It’s boring and sterile. It’s Gluckstein’s style which was ostensibly smart 20 years back but it’s always banal. Another hotel, like every other contemporary impersonal space. The lot is too small for the house. With all the magnificent marble and stone that exist in the world the fixated on these ubiquitous tertiary mud tones, Ugh. We don’t live in the desert. You can have it.
The size of the Master Bedroom is a major letdown.
That's a lot of money for a lot of nothing. The masters a joke. Looks like a kids room

I can build a better house than this for approx 1 mil usd in Europe and it would be brick layed with the best pure wood furniture and crystal based lighting.
