I can see the money that went into this place. But 11 million?? What makes me skeptical about that 11 million price mark, is the houses around it they come nowhere near that mark. Why would you put an 11 million house next to a bunch of properties that come nowhere near it. It's not at 11 million dollar neighborhood. The house seems extremely overvalued. When you could buy one of the neighboring homes, give it a $1 million face lift. Plus the ticket price of the house, and get the exact same quality, just Taylor made to your specific taste.
Not true this is midtown Toronto houses are worth a lot here and the neighboring homes are probably goin to be demolished and rebuilt soon and this neighborhood is quite expensive as just a little house could cost up to 3 mill here.
@@caliber7500 you're still proving my point. This may be an up-and-coming neighborhood. But the principal still applies. Why buy an 11 million home. Let's say it actually is worth 11 million. It's not worth 11 million because of the land or the neighborhood still. You're saying the tiny homes beside it are going for let's say 3 million. Let's even be generous and say 4 million. It's still more cost efficient to buy one of these lots. Cuz they're not buying it for the home. Put in let's say 3 million. You still make out with a custom house built to your specific design. While saving a bundle. The 11 million house only makes sense if every house in the neighborhood is just the same as it. In the sense that they're all worth 11 million dollars.
@@shyrees2982 I said the small homes the neighboring homes aren't small they could probably sell for about 5 mill. and when you have a huge lot like this you are sitting on gold in this neighborhood. New homes also sell for extremely high here in midtown Toronto.
@@caliber7500 if I'm using your price tag. That one of these other small homes are worth 5 million. Which is completely plausible. homes in Port credit that look like small shacks, sell for millions of dollars. Because of the land. I do understand the value of land. But if one of these small homes can sell for 5 million. Why on God's green earth would you buy an 11 million already made home. When you could make your own custom home. Again spend let's say 2 million. And still come up on top with a custom-made home to your specific likes and dislikes. Until all the homes have been converted in that neighborhood, 11 million is overpriced. When you're weighing it against what you could go out and purchase, and do yourself. If other people in that neighborhood start buying up the properties and building homes, that are not done to that 11 million bracket. It overvalues their home, and undervalues the 11 million home. Because again why by the 11 million home, when you can get a bargain on a home just like it for cheaper.
This is a beautiful house and I'm a floor plan freak. Is there a floor plan somewhere to view of how the rooms fit together? Following a walk-through with editing is hard to understand the layout. I like to call up the plan and watch the video and pause in each room and study the video and plan. So a plan would be helpful. Thanks

The house is great but I'm not a fan of the style of the decorations. In stead of it feeling comfortable and homey, the contemporary to modern style furnishings makes the house feel more like a museum. Remove all the decorations and bring in comfortable furnishings with warm fall to winter colors with a small mix of spring to summer colors to keep things light equals the perfect home for me.
Look please what i can buy in DUBAI AND MIAMI FOR 10 MIO $
Overpriced. You can get a nice house in California for this price.
