@Dre357 looks good and runs good. I just recently purchased a 2.5 did you have any issues with the linkage setup to the carb? I'm having to order a throttle return spring because no matter how I set it up when you release the trigger the carb barrell will not rest against the idle needle which in turn causes rev ups and all the bad stuff to happen lol.
@405SVT oh man, sorry to hear that! No, fortunately I haven't had any issues with throttle linkage. It's been pretty issue free other than it buckin' like a bronco in the beginning 😂. Talked to Traxxas and they said that the transmission is setup that way and it's normal. Once I got the carburetor tuned better, it stopped buckin'. Good luck on working that issue out. You'll get it done 😁
@@Dre357 i haven't broke it in yet i'm just getting prepared just in case lol. I had an original classic from 2002 back in the day and it was a little bastard too but i think traxxas should put a return spring on the 2.5 just like they do on the 3.3 out of the box.
That does look like great fun absolutely insane for a 2.5 thanks man 👍

@405SVT you might be on to something. I'm still getting to know the Classic. This was my first T-Maxx 2.5 and my most recent purchase.
