@@Dre357 it does not want to stay running at all! It also came with an aftermarket CDI box which might be the main problem. It’s all good though, it’s all apart of the hobby😂

I like the tmax
I just pulled my 3.3 off the shelf through some fast eddy crank bearings, gave the case a good clean and man ran great today. I’d like to get a os carb seems like the way to go. I’m also on my 2nd set of crank bearings idk I can be lean on the top and rich on the bottom I think the lsn screw on the stock carb is just really loose it doesn’t hold the tune well. But today it did good. Quit while I was ahead lmao

Ordering one as a treat for my first paycheck at my summer job. Boss said I could use the big field after the summer campers are gone for the weekend. Do you think I should go with 33% nitro or plain 20%?
@samleen that's awesome! I believe you'll love it! I use 20% in all my nitros. I say start off with 20%. 33% has a smaller tuning window making it more difficult to tune especially for newcomers. Good luck!
@@Dre357 I tune small engines as a hobby. I bought one of those Chinese 4 cycle twins a year or so ago that uses the same type of carb. Would be fun to put that engine in it someday. 2.5hp after porting and lapping valves

Bro, I love nitros. I never had good luck w them, but they were fun while it lasted. Awesome to see a Jato rip, I used to watch Traxxas videos in grade school in the computer lab. Much love from Pittsburgh

@speedgears1236 thanks for the feedback. No. I don't believe it's needed. Just recommended. It makes tuning simpler and puts out better low end torque. That's been my experience. You could still get a decent tune with the stock carburetor though. Hope this helps!

nice seed run. I was given a T-maxx about a year ago. without the body. but lota up upgrades. One of these days im going to have to break down and buy the starter kit. and give the nitro a run. Have Fun.

i was thinking about getting just the t maxx 3.3 but seeing this the classic might be the move, i just got into nitro been running the slash for a couple months had some headaches and bought one online used and fixed it. thanks for this vid bro from cali!!

Hello. Can you tell me, did you change the one-way bearing? Did he slip or not? Or did you serve him? How many gallons of fuel have you burned so far?
I've ran around a gallon through it. I haven't changed the one way bearing and it hasn't slipped, yet. If yours is slipping then it maybe packed with oil and sludge. May just need a good cleaning. Hope this helps!

Why does ur revo have so much power ? Mine does not pull wheelies at all stock everything
Well for me, I started with the OS 11k carburetor. I have one on a few of nitros. It holds a tune better and provides more low end power output in my opinion. I believe that it can be achieved with the stock carburetor. My Revo 2.5R has a TRX 3.3 engine and does wheelies pretty easily with a good tune. But, it does have a shorter wheelbase. Hope this helps and keep burning nitro! 👍🏿

Nice ripper have you pissed off any Karen’s w/ it? I pissed off a few with mine so I went electro conversion on one of them just so I can go back to same spots and ruffle their feathers again 🤣 love the platform of the losi 5t/ 30d n great rigs. I had primal raminators yet just not near as much fun as ripping the trophy truck w/ low center of gravity
