Clearly sponsored news by Realtors. Entire News Media & Govt is behaving like a Sales & marketing wing of Real Estate Industry. Govt will get more money from Permissions when a venture launches & Registration tax whenever a sale happens. So, they want to just continue this hype/bubble. This can burst anytime. Even in Villas, prices have gone up by 50-60% in last 6mons. How is this possible? Clearly a bubble again. Common man should avoid RE investment till year end so that prices can come down.
