This is another one of your best videos. With the cost of food and everything so expensive, you're looking at long term savings. Even though you pay more for a quality item, the savings is worth it. My sister gave me a stainless steel pot set that I will have for the rest of my life. Also, those freezer containers are a good investment to preserve food longer. I do not watch many youtube videos anymore. Everything is materialism and spend spend spend. It is unrealistic for most of us. Looking forward to next video. 🍃
Even though say a lot of this stuff isn’t aesthetically pleasing, I feel like it actually is! I love the freezer containers and the amber glass bottles! 😍
I 2nd this! I switched to mostly glass when I was started my consciously conceiving journey 3 yrs ago & now even for my girls I try my best to only get glass btwn bottles, cloth diapers to eating supplies. They just last longer I love Pyrex bc u can essentially cook, store, reheat & eat in it.. less washing also 😬 go to Home Goods & get glass containers much cheaper
Hi Kyra, I have had glass containers for years and BY FAR my favorite are the IKEA 365+ ones. They are oven safe and the lids are very interchangeable, and the plastic lids are leakproof. I especially like the round ones
Everyone organizes differently based on preference. You’re a lady bug as am I, I don’t want clear containers to see everything. There’s a person on youtube named Cass (from clutterbug); she gives the best description of how and why people organize the way they do. ☺️
As a person that grew up on all processed foods I’m really getting into making everything from scratch. I would love for you to make some videos on it!
I bought my glass food storage containers at Sam's Club a few years back and they are amazing! I've never had one break. Plus, they ate always reasonably priced.
I got 3 glass food containers, They are way better than the plastic containers. They are really easy to clean and look amazing, don't stain either. They were pricey like $15 each, but worth it. Mine are Pyrex brand from Walmart if anyone wants to know.
I have Anchor Hocking glass containers. My mom found a bulk pack at Walmart for $25, I believe, and gifted them to me for my birthday. It's a variety pack with different size round ones and a few rectangles ones too. I use them every day, especially when packing my lunch for work.
I loved this video! You gave some great tips and inspiration. Now I want to reorganise my cabinet under the sink in a similar way, it seems so practical😍. I would love to see how you make your DIY cleaners, can’t wait. ☺️
I’m definitely one of those who converted to using glass food containers from plastic ones.. although they’re more heavier to take to uni/ work. But the staining and smells from plastic ones got to me 😩
Mine are from Sam’s Club $24 for a 24 piece set(including lids) and are microwave, freezer, oven and dishwasher safe. They have them in round and square/rectangle and I have had them for over 4 years now.
Kyra, you say you cook everything from scratch. Would you mind sharing some ideas for cooking? Just a typical week menu of what you may make? I get really easily bored with food, and are always looking for inspiration. I know you're not a channel about cooking or food, dont worry if it's not your thing ❤
I recommend IKEA 365+ containers. Lids are available in plastic, wood and even glass, if I remember it right. And containers are in many shapes and sizes. Thank you Kyra, I liked this video a lot! You are such a nice and wise young woman! ❤ Warmest greetings from Finland! 🇫🇮

Great suggestions. I burst out laughing when you did an imitation of a cloth organizer🤣🤣🤣

I use the snapware glass containers! I get them at publix, and so far ive seen they’re super good. I prefer them to plastic ones a million times more

Would you mind sharing how to make your antibacterial spray? Sorry if you have before…I just found your channel!
You are right. The glass storage containers are the best. Are your produce food containers in the freezer, glass or plastic?❤
