Beautiful class today. I can resonate with it all!!!!!!
We all find ways to “ store “ our life trauma’s. Mine has been stored for 65 years. And then….. as GABOR MATE says, the body says NO. I had intermittent GAD @ 40, but even then none of these mind body symptoms. Until… 2018 after more and more chronic stress and shoving it all down. Then It all came.
    NC Dizziness
This teaching is the key to recovery and I’m so happy this is being taught now.
THIS is how I have been working with my own mind and body and soul to resolve my symptoms. Emoting it all. And that takes courage to Heal my life first. Now… I even acknowledge it when I hit my toe, or even hurt my finger etc etc.
    it’s is unfamiliar….
But it’s now a beautiful thing. My healing continues. ❤️

Can you please post all your Instagram content to the community tab on TH-cam. The IG algorithm is terrible. I often miss your posts. They are incredibly helpful and I don’t want to miss them. I’m sure your other TH-cam followers would benefit from seeing them too ❤

Is there a video on how to recognize feel and especially release emotions. I’ve heard you talk about recognizing and feeling a good bit but I haven’t found videos yet on releasing emotions.

As a child I raised in environment where conflict , noise , aggression anger was prevalent, where we were weren’t taught how to manage these emotions so we didn’t understand where it should end . Now that I’m where iam and lived through life and as we know life still happens even with this dysfunctional upbringing ? I’ve done a lot of work on myself however now with having Functional Neurological Disorder , Fibromyalgia, just listening to you Tanner , I was wondering if I wasn’t taught where an emotion starts and ends and this is what causes the overflow in my body .

I'm so sorry to hear what you have gone through. Yes, it can be so common that we struggle feeling emotions due to our upbringing. Part of healing is learning to identify, experience, and release emotions. I wish you the best in your healing!
