It feels like forever since I treated myself to a homemade meal. I have been subscribed to a meal plan service with @rightbite9495 (not sponsored), but it just wasn’t cutting it anymore. Then, I stumbled upon someone enjoying bibimbap online, and it made me want to have it too! So, off I went to the supermarket to grab everything I needed for my very own bibimbap meal! Gotta confess, I have never been very advanced in the kitchen, and taking a break from cooking left me feeling a bit clumsy. 😬

Gosh that kitchen is immaculate. And very nice rice cooker! (I know I'm getting old because I really appreciate the appliances haha!) Also, good job on the food! I thought bibimbap was a lot more simpler to cook in my mind 😅
Ditto! Appliances for the house get me so excited ever since I got older! 😂
And yes, all ingredients are separately cooked, which adds to the time in the kitchen, and then for it to be mixed all together 🙈 but it looks better visually when they’re side by side.
