I will debunk all these so called miracles.
Number 1;Someone did say that 2500 years ago, his name was thales.
He argued that all life originated from water.
This belief was cosmological view in ancient Greece.
It wasn't commonly held but it was certainly advocated.
Prophet mohammed is stating a belief that was advocated hundreds of years before him so you can't claim that mohammed was prophesying that all life originated from water when a non-prophet already advocated such view.
Number 2; 1200BCE or 1900 years before islam a hieroglyphic word in the Egypt appeared with the assumption that the metal came from the sky.
Number 3; hundreds of years before islam mesopotamians came with the assumption that the sky has protective qualities while it's true that the ozone layer was discovered much later.
Number 4; it is scientifically demonstrated that most of the earthquakes happens close at the mountains which quran describes wrong, furthermore mountains are caused from the collide of tectonic plates and the bottom of the mountains is not like a stake or peg but rather similar to the iceberg.
Number 5;am an atheist(ex Christian) and know about quran more than you do so.
51;47 actually says we build the heavens by our authority; and we are the Lord of power and expanse.
It refers to the sky not the universe and if a mind of a god was really involved, he would make it so clear that the interpretations couldn't conflict to that point.
Number 6;now this is the fun part,
Around 200BCE or 900 years before islam, claudius ptolemaeus came out with the assumption that the sun orbits around the earth(which is false of course)
and just like quran copied the fact that life originated from water quran also copied from the Claudius ptolemaeus' assumption that the sun orbits around the earth(which is false of course).
In the quran says:::Its is he who created night and the day, the sun and the moon each floating in its orbit::: because the author of the quran copied form Claudius Ptolemaeus's false assumption.
Number 7;No much to say about number seven except for the fact that it wasn't a remarkable prediction, i am pretty sure people knew that before.
Number 8;Alcmaneon of Croton 500BCE or 1200 years before islam already demonstrated that the brain is the seat of thought, and if that doesn't convince you what about this, Herophilus since 400BCE or 1100 years before islam already demonstrated that the two parts of the brain(left and the right part) work independently from each other and that the front part of the brain is the "lying part".
And finaly number 9; first of all what a lovely threat of allah.
Now while its true that the pain receptors were discovered in the 20th sentury or 1400 years after islam, people knew way before islam that the pain can be felt from the skin(sorry not just the skin).
That means this is also not a remarkable prediction made in the quran.
So who is now ready to leave islam????

And you reject number seven by you think that before that people knew it? ( you think? ) your measurement is your think? Where is the reject that one only can down to 70 without equipment at that time and it is still bright? So how did he knew?
This is not your refutation, its changing and cutting means the evidence in your own will to deviate from the truth by acting of self-deception.

One thing I noticed is how they all mentioned the author of the Quran as a person or Prophet Muhammad (SAW). One humble advice would be to mention that the Quran is the Word of Allah and was revealed to the heart of the Prophet rather than being a conventionally written book. And Allah knows best. May Allah reward your efforts.

When the Quran was revealed people during that time didn't understand the scientific fact which doesn't make sense to them but they didn't edit any of the texts. If they want they would do it or remove some text but Allah had promise He would protect the Quran.

Lots of other miracles and signs in the Quran other than just scientific ones which were sufficient for the time. The language and eloquence of the Quran, for example. The prophet himself. The sahaba. Islam miraculous conquest.
One thing I recently learned is; Allah swt. mentions in Surah Furquan 40something verse something in the meaning of: we made the night for sleep, it is as you are dead and every morning you are resurrected by us, but some don’t believe. A recent study of university of Louisville the team of Zemmar found out about the last brain activity before death. They showed the same pattern as dreaming. So death and sleeping have this in common. As Allah swt. mentioned; sleeping (=dreaming) is like death.

Hafs Quran in 2:10 it says that Muslims get condemned to hell for lying and in the Warsh Quran the same passage says they get condemned to hell for being LIED TO
He "said" (qaala), "My lord knows ..." (21:4) Hafs verses Warsh "Say" (qul): My lord knows ...
Hafs version qaala is the perfect tense and therefore Muhammad is the subject of the verb, but in the Warsh version qul is the imperative and therefore the subject is God who is commanding Muhammad/Muslims. This difference is repeated in 21:112.

No, an Angel didn't deliver the words of the Qur'an, the entity Mohammad met in the cave never ever introduced itself, Mohammad didn't know what it was. Mohammad was terrified and thought he was possessed and tried to kill himself.

Quran 15: 19 And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon Mountains firm and immovable;
Quran 78: 6-7 Have We not made the earth as a wide expanse, And the mountains as pegs (anchor)?
Allah was sure that earth is flat like a carpet and mountains are there to anchor the earth so that earth does not shake with us. Allah is really merciful scientist.
