I can never get used to lucio’s wall jump tech
I have jump on right click and Mouse wheel down for better bhops and Wall rides

You can actually also bind your jump key to scroll wheel on Lucio, and whenever you want to do the bunny hop you just slowly scroll down (or up)

As a Lucio main I believe that it doesn’t actually slow your movement speed and only make the jump lower vertically, the same for looking up u still get the same amount of speed but the jump will be higher
Beat in low gravity is always really funny

If you have trouble b-hopping or quickly attaching and detaching from walls, bind your jump to the scroll wheel and scroll when you want to do one of those actions :)
if anyone’s watching a year later- if you are standing on the ground and want to get immediate max height from a wall jump, do not hold any directional inputs and just press your jump against the wall. it doesn’t matter where you look with this too.

I like to jump off a very high point and do the Lucio ult cause it looks cool
The bunny hop was probably the most helpful
Great stuff. Also, turn off wall jump on release. You will have to now press jump again to leap off the wall, but you gain the ability to NOT jump off of a wall and instead simply fall off of the wall. This allows you to get through tight doorways and overhangs without smacking your head on them.

Could you make a video where you explain each of the techniques and how to know which technique to apply for each wall during rollouts to get the optimal result. Maybe there is variations to each tech? Or common mistakes when using them. Or even (I wish) even more advanced Lucio tech/mechanics?

There's a setting that allows you to hold shift to speed boost. it's a simple but very effective trick.
I play with Nintendo switch, my secret is switching his jump and interact button, so all his movement is done with the left analog because i refuse to play with claw hands lol
i recommend binding your jump to either up or down scroll, makes it so much easier to do 1 ticks and bunny hops
I love playing support and glad ik I can use his ability behind walls and then move into the open so it triggers and buffs my team
I recommend binding jump to scroll wheel as well as space bar on lucio to make b hopping easier
alternatively, u can bind jump to scroll wheel to make your bhops easier

Ooh, make sure to enable backwards wall glide and automatic boost on wall release. I prefer crossfade. off as well cause I can pulse my speed faster than the crossfade. This makes your team stagger step making their movement harder to predict. Make sure to keep a mental map of your surroundings and what is grindable.
It also makes it harder for them to aim
If only this helped on Nintendo switch.. I swear wallriding is IMPOSSIBLE on switch, so whenever I play Lucio, usually in Mystery Heros, I play Floorcio
For anyone on console, I binded my jump to L1 and my speed-heal switch to X, that makes wall riding much easier
Always good to see another 'bumper jumper.' Got my jump bound to L2 and boop on X. With X as jump it makes it near impossible to make any shot accurate while wall riding. Switching jump to a bumper frees up the right stick so you're not just blind firing while on a sneaky wall run.
i played sombra a few days ago and hacked a lucio before he hit the ground i almost felt bad

Wallriding/jumping is so much easier on kbm
