Should Founders be CEO's? Founders are more vested in the creativity and innovation part & not necessarily the numbers. Leave the numbers to the expertsðĪ·ð―ââïļ
You are right. In many cases, they should not! However you can also structure a company so the CEO is not focused on the numbers by bringing in the right CFO and COO.
I would love to give away the CEO position to someone else!... lol
I think that is common for many founders. Some know it is not what they want from the start. Others discover it is not what they imagined once they have been there a while. ðŽ
