    This video appeared on my feed and I’m absolutely grateful for it. Your journaling and drawing is beautiful! ❤
    About me, as an introvert, I have issues to express myself and struggles a lot with how to feel myself or talk with others about it. So I do prayer journaling and gratitude journaling. Although my journaling isn’t beautiful as yours, it definitely helps me ease my emotions I can’t express aloud, to put my feelings on paper, watch them from a distance and understand myself better. It makes me feel better and free as God will listen to me and not judge me for what I feel.
    I also draw, but I’ve taken a break because I’ve been busy and overwhelmed lately. I would try to put myself together and return to it as I really love it and it helps me not only to feel better, but also to connect with my inner self and God.
