Hello Cindy. I love your haul. Right up my alley. I love vintage linens and have a few vintage hankies. I have some embroidered pieces from my mom and some pieces from my mother in law are are really old. I’m using a linen tablecloth she had done cross stitch in shades of blue as my bathroom window curtain. lol , I bought a hankie over the holidays myself, a floral done with pink roses. I absolutely love silver pieces. Can’t wait to see what you have plans for this years. 😊❤
Margaret, your linen collection sounds special especially the pieces from your mom. I have a vintage lace tablecloth of my mom's that is over 50 years old. I used it to decorate our dining table in our Christmas home tour video. It's a lovely piece. Love your idea of using the tablecloth as a window curtain!! Brilliant! Thanks for watching our videos!
Happy New Year!!! I enjoy you so much, your personality is contagious and you make my heart happy! Looking forward to your project videos this year.. take care and God Bless.
Great video & happy 2025 ! So glad you had some time off & was able to spend time with your family & friends. You got some lovely items while thrifting & what a wonderful daughter you have that gifted you some really nice copper pieces. Love that tea kettle & that hand made basket is so cute .i like that it's footed. I like linen kitchen items . Very affordable , easy to find & made to last. Thanks for a great year of videos & see y 'all soon .xox
Thanks Sharon! Last year was such a good year for thrifting and makeovers. I'm looking forward to 2025 and more projects! Thanks for being a faithful viewer - it means alot to me! 🥰
Oh my goodness love all of your vintage finds. Can't wait for you to do More Thrift makeovers and you mentioned redoing a spare room wall décor. Thanks for sharing all your Crafts and knowledge with us.
You are so welcome Tracy! I'm excited about updating my spare bedrooms this year. I have two of them that need desparate help! Thanks for your feedback!
I kinda wondered that it might. Maybe I can find a glass piece to use in place of the missing one. Thanks for the info!! I polished the brass on this piece today and will be sharing about it soon!
Welcome back, Cindy! First of all, loved your finds! Like yourself, I’ve been doing a little thrifting for my living room. I’m recently retired and I’m in the process of redecorating my living room. My husband and myself have been looking at different colours of paint to paint the walls, so far have narrowed it down to two shades of red that match the three cushion covers I thrifted. Can’t wait to see what projects you do with some of your finds! I especially like your sweater! Gorgeous!
You are going to have so much fun redecorating your living room! I have plans to spruce up two spare guest bedrooms this year. I'll be thrifting for those rooms in the coming months. BTW, I'm working on the makeovers video this week!
Cindy, I’m trying (and failing) not to be envious. What a wonderful haul! There is no DAV near me-believe me I would know as that is my favorite charity. Actually, until now I didn’t even know the DAV had stores. So glad your holidays were good. Enjoyed the video.
Thanks Sarah! I def found some great deals - especially the freebies from my daughters! DAV stores are amazing. We have one about 30 minutes from here. It's always worth the trip!
I’m looking forward to seeing you in 2025 too. I think it’s wonderful that you have a library of printables for your viewers. I definitely want to check it out as soon as I learn how to print them out on my printer. I also need to learn more about my computer. I think I told you that I’m not tech savvy. I just never got into it when computers started to get popular. I have so much to learn. You found wonderful stuff over the Christmas holidays. Gosh, I wish we had a thrift store for Veterans. I’m really surprised we don’t. Cindy, I’m not asking for anything special for you to do this year of 2025. I’m quite happy watching any of your videos. Thank you for sharing your time n your DIY’s with all of us. God bless you n Steve n have a healthy new year. ♥️🥰🥰👍🌟🌟
Thanks so much, Shelly, for all of your support! It means so much to me! I get what you are saying about computers - they can be so complicated! I hope you have someone nearby who can help you get those printables printed. There are so many fun ones! 🥰
Happy New Year to you!!! The thrift hauls and thrift flips are my favorite RD videos. Thank you for sharing those on your channel. I eagerly look forward to them. ❤🥰👍🏼🤗🤗🤗
I'm a big cloth hankie user. With my allergy to dust and working in a large open space, I'm continually wiping my nose. Cloth is much softer. Vibrant hankies make a sweet valence, too.
Hi! Of course, you can ask! I used my Canon M50 with a 28mm lens. Here is an affiliate link if you are interested. Let me know if you have anymore questions! amzn.to/4abAEYC
Oh no! I just checked and the qr code on the screen is working. If you are watching the video with your phone, it is not possible to scan the code. I put the code there for those watching on the tv or on their computer screens. So sorry it didn't work for you! They are so handy! I don't know why I have waited to carry one!

Love the corbel, it would make a nice wall sconce

There is a DAV store in Rehoboth Beach. But I think it’s called the American Vet thrift store. The DAV store I referred to in this video is in VA
Can I ask what camera and lens you used in this video?
Hi! Of course, you can ask! I used my Canon M50 with a 28mm lens. Here is an affiliate link if you are interested. Let me know if you have anymore questions! amzn.to/4abAEYC
