Brilliant Mike. I assume a regular plug would be slightly undersized anyway to fit a drilled hole. If you had a metal lathe you could possibly make various sized plug cutters from rod material.
I think they would be undersized by couple of 10ths of a millimeter. I did think about making something, but I had this cheap set of plug cutters knocking around. Thanks Todd.
Plug cutter, brilliant idea! There seems to be no end to your ingenuity Mike. Thanks for sharing this. Happy New Year!
Way cool ✌️
Cool love this Mike 👍
Thanks Liz. Wait till you see some jazzy beads.
Cool little tool!
Thanks Ray
That is brilliant. I'm going to try this. Thanks.
thanks Harold

Cool can’t wait to
Happy New Year Joe
Really cool how using a plug cutter does this. Have you ever used anything else like this other than the regular tools?
Thanks Al. I saw a video where someone sharpened up a length of conduit, but I figured a plug cutter would be better steel (less sharpening).
I did try making a tool out of a spade bit, but that did not work well and made undersized beads.
