Lowes got me also with foldable picnic table and the pop up tent.

Great instructions! Had mine shipped to Home Depot and just picked it up. It cost $248 before taxes. $261 with state tax. Will assemble tomorrow in the way you did.

What is the weight capacity?

It depends on which model you have but for the 6ft they state between 450lbs for the standard Walmart version to 2000lbs for the commercial grade.
