How to tie a bimini twist backing loop

Helpful video, only thing you could show better is the know where you finished it off, the D-loop etc.

Are you using the doubles part to hitch the knot or just one part (loop) of the double line to secure it

I put a single hitch on both sides….

From 2.58 on is where you needed to use the thicker pink cord, I couldn’t follow what was happening at all

Hi. Min 2:04 : that secuence it's incorrect. you must do the "D" over the loop formed and then get the line, into that "D", from the low side to the upper side.

Just cuz he didn't do it your way does NOT mean he didn't do it right!
It seems every video I see on this not finishes it differently.

@@Fisherguy01 I'm agree. But the tag end must go (pointing) forward coming out of the "D", at that particular section of the knot.
Anyway, the knot was well performed....
