Thanks Rudolph. It's always interesting to see how people tie the same knot with slightly different techniques. I would just mention that the Bimini Twist is also useful with braid. I recently saw an interesting method for finishing off a Bimini Twist that uses the same technique of finishing off the tag end of thread when whipping on a new ring guide on a rod. It makes a very neat finish similar to a rizutto finish but even neater and with less worries about the knot unwinding. Cheers from Bali 🌞🌊

Thanks Rudolph for all the info I really learnt a lot from you and Wesley and I've been catching a lot of fish using your & Wes techniques off the coast of DURBAN. Keep up the good work

What I haven't seen is a tutorial for a bimini that is about 3m long. Would be awkward to twist and control. I know how to do the bimini but I've never been able to do a longer one than my wing span. If anyone knows please show me a video. Would be good to learn. I've stuck to the Australian plait which I think is a stronger knot and easy to do if I want a 3-6m leader.

Thanks for clear video. I found I can draw the loop smaller after making the knot, is this correct or should it be unable to move.
