Seattle prosecutor calls courtroom behavior of 'Belltown Hellcat' driver a mockery

- A “mockery” of the courtroom is how a Seattle city prosecutor described the behavior of Miles Hudson, the man who is more widely known as the "Belltown Hellcat" driver, during a court appearance on Wednesday.
Hudson had requested the hearing to get a bench warrant thrown out on a stalking and harassment case, which is separate from the reckless driving charges he also faces. However, instead of appearing in person, Hudson patched through on a video link but kept his camera turned off.
Assistant City Attorney James Kenny immediately objected.
At that point Hudson did flick on his camera, but in the image he wore a balaclava-style ski mask and dark sunglasses. He had also positioned himself in front of a window and the background light washed out the image into an unrecognizable silhouette.

If he can’t take seriously his own court proceeding, then if (when) jailed, the judicial system probably should not take seriously the reviewing of his sentence except for maybe every 8-10 years. Sell the car and use it to pay for his atty fees and initial jail time.
