Wooow... The story of Goa Trance has just been added with another great chapter, Hope this adventure, fairytale, sci-fi book will continue as it gets better each time. Every word and every note well written and composed... (nice to see/hear the virus again)
@@vanderson_pl btw, do u still have the Radikal Technologies Spectralis? One of those i still regret that i sold (beside the Polymorph)! i see a lot of your gear coming and going throughout all the years, but also nice to see which ones are being selected for what type of style you do...:) Keep it up!
I sold Spectralis many years ago. Unfortunately, for me it had too many bugs, sometimes it was totally "freeze" (only power off was helped) Yes over the years I have played a lot of synthesizers & grooveboxes (I'm very big fan of Roland grooveboxes) After a few records/performances, some of them stopped inspired me, and I was always sell, collect funds & looked for something new (new sounds=new inspirations :)) Virus is such a timeless synthesizer for me. A true "mine" of fantastic sounds.
@@vanderson_pl The Virus is still by far the best digital synths out there for so many years, and with its sound capabilities it can sound as analog as any vintage gear out there. I still wonder why there is no other similar synth on the market yet which can be comparable. It came out shortly before the analog gear hype started and DAWs started to benefit from multi core CPUs when VST plugins started conquering home pcs. I had my first TI before I upgraded my PC … with that power under the hood, the multitimbrality and DAW integration, I was not restricted to 2 audio channels anymore or to the sounds of those PCM sound modules. Who owns a Virus will never sell it (unless the owner dies, stops making music or can't pay the rent anymore) … And with the MC707 Roland has probably done the best product which easily sets a new milestone and synonym for grooveboxes. Unfortunately a lot of menu diving is needed for some sound design, as most of the preset sounds are absolutely useless. I like that it found it's regular place in your setup … some motivation for me.. i still need to spend more time with it …but anyway, your gear selection has always been exciting and interesting to watch and hear
Heard this song last year but forgot to comment so here goes - Great psytrance song here and the fact you make us wait for 6 min until you unleash the lead is awesome!!! Love it man!!
Amazing Sound Design and Very smooth flow, as a tr8s,td3 and sp404a owner i can say that this is outstanding Performance 🔥 keep up this work mate Id love to hear you live in the Future❤️
Big, big thanks :) Goa trance is very important genre for me. Rich textures & sequences, a lot of beautiful harmonies. I believe it is closely related to classic electronic music.
Love the harmonic minor noodling at the start. Check out the Hungarian major scale, it sound real minor and trippy. Root note-min 3rd-maj 3rd-flat 5th-6th-min 7th-octave. Hope that made sense.
