Please do these things yourself. The dealership will charge you over $100. It takes a little elbow grease, but elbow grease is free.

Pretty sure the video shows the arrow pointing up 🤷
This video is plain wrong, there's no need to remove the hinge pins, you simply squeeze both sides of the top of the glove box, and it will allow it to open fully, overextending to expose the filter.
Exactly this after you remove the dampener cord. Just did it on my 2019 GMC Canyon. It took 10 seconds.
