I was fortunate enough to catch Sepultura on this tour at the Cleveland Agora. My brother and I sat in the balcony and was soon joined by Max sitting a couple of rows behind us. I decided to go back and congratulate him and the band on such awesome music. We chatted for a few minutes before I returned to my seat. Super gracious guy! The show had a bit of drama when Igor stopped mid-song and threw his sticks into the audience while pointing out a couple of people in the pit who were getting too violent. Bouncers came and escorted the 2 out. I remember the show as being jaw droppingly fast with some amazing music from Arise and Beneath.
Even still to this very day there has not been any band like them. They were a one band wrecking crew and the only band that intimidated the big four in which is debatable. Is why they toured with industrial bands and such. They were feared.
Essa música pra mim é uma viagem de volta aos meus maravilhosos anos 90, tinha essa música gravada em uma fita VHS, assistia o dia todo, saudades da minha juventude.🎉🎉🎉🎉
Great reaction! You can choose any song from this show and it will be amazing! Also, I think your mic is way too loud comparing to music, if you can adjust that it would be great. Thx!
@@morsteen Yep, I just saw that tour 2 weeks ago. It was one of the best shows I've ever seen. The whole band sounded tight as f*ck. I had been waiting 20 years to hear those songs live ever since I discovered Sepultura in the early 2000's.
@@butchvito I found out about them from our drummer in high school in 1997,...went out and bought chaos a.d., and then everything before. Beneath and arise were instant masterpieces to me. So I've been waiting quite some time to see this material live as well. So glad they decided to treat us fans to some good old school thrash in 2022.
@@morsteen - Yeah I was in High School in the early 2000's. I was getting into bands like Slayer and Megadeth, then I heard Arise and was blown the f*ck away. Went back to Beneath and Schizophrenia and never looked back with Sepultura. Even some of the Derrick Green material has grown on me.
@@butchvito I've given some of that a chance. It's not like horrible, but I just can't handle the fact they still call themselves sepultura lol. Will never get over that. And I don't have enough room in my brain to worry about what they've made with him. Lol.
this is one of the best shows in metal history. You have to see
Won't tell you the contrary mate

I was there!!! I'd never heard them until that glorious night and they blew my mind then, as they do today, 30 years later. Still love them.
Fricking lucky you
@@0innerself0 yes...😶
Man I love this concert and I’ve watched it over and over - you are one very lucky human
@@Josh-Kai2626 yes I am, Sepultura was at their best. back then.
@@xavierlluch702 yeah I’d say Sepultura were untouchable back then, not even Slayer would match that power and speed . Have a rad day man!!
I'm exhausted after listening to that drummer 🤣🤣🤣
Igor Cavalera is a fucking machine....
best concert I've been to was Sepultura and Ministry in the Sportatorium in Dallas. Oh the good old days.....

Holy Shit this concert is 30-years old now! I'm going to puke.
And they just played these songs again this year just now! And completely destroyed! Even in their 50s.

Bro, I see that now you understand: this is not a fucking Metalica. So... welcome!
Se no inferno tocar sons como este, pode reservar meu lugar.
That.s why Elvis is dead! Max is the one to blame.
