Fabio Lione was a frontman of Rhapsody of Fire, whose song they are performing. Absolutely EPIC!!! And the band playing is Fearless, Dan's band 😁

Fabio Lione is the original singer of this song. The guy is a vocal beast, and I personally consider him the best metal vocalist of his generation.
This is called Power Metal and it does sound like Power and Glory. It is designed to be epic storytelling. It is also known as the True Metal. God bless

BTW Fabio Lione and Dan Vasc both made a song with Sir Christopher Lee. Dan was a guest vocalist on his final metal album, and Fabio had him as a narrator in one of his songs.

The song is from 2000 and is pretty speedy even in the original. I was lucky enough to see the band live in 2012 (and later, too) and it was so amazing.

Rhapsody was the band I listened to the most in my teenage years and I know most of the songs by heart. You should check out their albums going from the first and from there go on one of the most epic journeys of your life!
