Yep! Section 36.002 states very clearly, 25 “please don’ts” are required, before automatic release of a perp. Anything less requires an additional “what did I do”, and 5 utterances of “y’all don’t know me”, before automatic release. It’s black and white. 🤔

True. The guy was saying that his kids were adults so I guess the daughter made up her own mind. There is probably a very good reason for that based on her behaviour
I agree, my guess would be that the daughter was the one wanting the order of protection against the mother and the husband agreed based on her behavior so the husband was the one who actually filed for it on behalf of the daughter. A lot of times children will feel that way against a certain parent or another adult but be too intimidated to speak out on their own or take the initiative by themselves so they often rely on another family member they can trust to take that order of protection out for them.

Nah, they’ll still need to contact and get it for evidence as the text it shows can be wildly inaccurate. In this instance, it was obviously clear what she was saying, but even the text had trouble making out what was said.
I’ve gotten calls before from doctors and it once transcribed as my doctor saying “test results” for “toast salts”, one scam call pretending to be “Mike soft” with many of the underscores/blanks being words they’re unable to transcribe.

No. But if she can't have that right, because she is distasteful, then a lot of people in need of hospital care would be dead. That's why it is unlawful for an officer to deny EMT if it's asked, and that's why some have been charged for egregious abuse of humanitarian rights.
