Remember screwing in the ring at the lever might tighten the cable but it looses lever tension. You have to let it out to get some tension back. You have to trade off tightening down by the actuator arm more to allow for some lever tension.

Hey!! I have just got my pulsar 150cc serviced at bajaj service center. They have changed some clutch switch (6 AMP Diode). I asked them what's it but they weren't able to tell clearly. Can you please tell what is this clutch switch ?

My 220 is missing pick up. When I acceralate after gear shift, the engine starts picking up in 3-4 seconds, no instant pick up. What might be the problem??? Recently I changed my engine oil and got the servicing done.
