This was great. I've wanted to explore AI more, but am extremely time restricted. This... with it's assessment, was a great time saver, especially since I have some background in data mangling and so could follow it fairly well. Thanks much.

Thanks to everyone who takes time to review my answers:
    1. Machine learning is one aspect of AI. It's basically software that evaluates big amounts of data to draw conclusions/make predictions. Example: GPT is using LLM to generate answers
    2. The gap consists of all the data that has emerged after the machine learning is complete/ after the last update. Example: News. Hallucinations are answers that AI makes up when it doesn't know the answer/ doesn't have enough data on something (like the latest news)
    3. Iterative prompting is when you start with a simple question and follow up with more specifics after evaluating the answers. This makes the answers less general/ more specific and closer to the answer you are looking for.
    4. Hmm.. Copy an existing review and ask it to write it similarly...add adjectives like: balanced, critical, funny...tailor it to a specific audience, like people interested in self-developement. Provide specific aspects for it to analyse by: writing style, impact on readers, how it compares to rivaling books...
    5. Provide community feedback on all the generated answers, like GPT that may give you two answers and has you choose the better one. Give minorities access to AI too, And if you can: Reduce bias in humans, haha, because the only reason AI is biased is because humans are.
Now go and have a wonderful day on this rotating piece of clay!!

Thank you so much! I am a disabled firefighter and am writing a series of books about my 37 year career in the Emergency Services. I have written very fact specific reports in my career, and have written my first book and published it! I have approximately 3-4 books in the works and was looking to use AI to do the grammar and sentence structure. Your quick review of the AI from google was eye opening! Of course, I'll watch and review your video a few times before I attempt it, but you have kicked open the door of my endeavor! I thank you so much! Bill.

1- machine learning is simply training and oi model on different , various amounts of info, scenarios.
This will help the AI to give you the most precise information or output.
2- cut offs and hallucinations, due to the big amounts of data that the AI is trained on there will be a room for mistakes biases, don't ask confidential questions ❓
3- any pumped has to be precise accurate mentioning and specifying all of the requirements needed.
You will be able to get the most accurate, satisfying result or output.
    4- I didn't get it?
5- be specific and give it feedback on each prompt output thus etwall Learn your way I can tell...

This was such a helpful breakdown of Google’s AI Essentials course, and I appreciate the effort you put into summarizing it while making it engaging. The way you explained concepts like machine learning and generative AI with simple examples (ripe apples and Gemini) really made it easy to grasp for anyone, regardless of their technical background.
I also found the section on prompt engineering particularly valuable. The tip about thinking critically about the *output format* and being specific with prompts (like asking for a table with specific columns) is something I’m definitely going to apply. The "Chain of Thought" prompting technique is such a game-changer, especially for automating complex, logic-based tasks-makes you realize how versatile AI can be when used properly.
The emphasis on responsible AI use and the harms of bias was a great reminder of the ethical considerations in AI development. Real-world examples like speech recognition and gendered biases in translation tools drive home how important it is to have diverse representation in the training data. It’s a strong nudge to not just rely on AI blindly but to stay involved as a human in the loop.
This video strikes a great balance between saving time and still giving practical, actionable insights. The quick assessment at the end is a clever way to boost retention too. Keep these kinds of videos coming-your effort really shows!

This was great; I find the way you deliver the information very accessible. I think when looking for informational videos for any subject or industry it's best to shop around a bit; rarely are you going to be able to search up something and have the first video be the most effective for you. That's the important part; you want to find a channel or presenter/ creator that your learning style is compatible with.

Good one Tina! Keep up the good work 💜
I find the first question to have been the most challenging, this is because that actually it's like this:
AI > ML > DL (AKA "AI" haha).
This might be confusing at first because one might mistake AI to be a subset of ML and not the other way around (And like I stated above, It's indeed the other way around e.i. ML is a subset of AI).
The confusion stems from the buzz word AI being used synonymously with DL (Deep Learning). I hope someone found this distinction helpful (:

the tip "write a single prompt in order to get the output that we finally have" at 9:50 is pretty good but you have to start a new conversation for it to really make sense, if i am not mistaken?
because case_1: having the whole converation in the context window + the target prompt is a lot more likely to give you what you want from the target prompt than case_2: where the LLM knows nothing about the previous conversation & only gets the target prompt
but yeah if you manage to get your desired answer with only the target prompt in the context window than you learned a lot, while creating this target prompt
