Something big is happening in my relationship of 1.5 yrs and we’ll either stay together or break up. I’m feeling pretty sad today but I’m also very hopeful. Your podcasts and talks have always been such a huge source of inspiration and internal guidance. Im learning to be in touch with what I want and be true to that. I no longer try to convince someone I’m worth staying with and even though I’m sad today, I also feel a sense of relief and I know everything is guiding me toward what I really want. Thankyou for being a voice of truth and love ❤️ I truly appreciate you 🙏🏼

I love this! I love these solo episodes! They are profound and I’m grateful to have subscribed today. Keep these awesome teachings coming!! Congrats on facing your fears and doing something new with video podcasts. Very cool and inspiring. I want to do that to - just figuring out all the tech. Thank you so much for this!!
I watched your other podcast from today - How did you overcome avoidant in your relationship? What were your top tools? How can I support someone who is working through their healing in that?

Ive always heard "what did you learn from your past relationships", but couldn't figure out anything past something like my partner just wouldn't commit. This is the first time i actually understood what learn from a past relationship really means and understood what the lesson was. Thank you for this.

Thank you. I’m a psychologist and love working with clients regarding relationships, emotion, attachment. I’ve appreciated and learned from watching your episodes. Would love to find a way to collaborate someday!

Damn. Wow. 🔥. I just love your solo episodes and am constantly amazed at your ability to identify and speak your thoughts and feelings and help others. It’s like a mini masterclass. This should have at least a million views.
“Caterpillars walkin’ around all sluggy….” 😅.
    Thank you Mark! 💕

I feel I am in this space: I dont trust myself to protect myself and choose myself if the situation or the person is not good for me. i came out of a relationship with a narcissist and I am focused on creating a safe inner space and I dont want to lose my safe inner space once I will be in the next relationship. My heart truly believes in love and I still believe there are good men out there. I just feel I need to spend enough time by my own in order to feel safe and have trust in myself before I can trust another. I am going deeper and deeper into myself and I love the intimacy I have with my inner child.
