Happy birthday G. Im gonna give you one of the best gifts right now that anyone can give you... Listen. I know how it is my man. The best thing you can POSSIBLY DO 100% is get in the gym and eat healthy my man. Get healthy. stop eating like garbage and make these 2 simple changes. The first 2 changes (working out 4 days of the week and eat healthy) will cause a change in ALL other aspects of your life man. It will cause a chain reaction. The first 2-3 weeks are tough but I promise YOU BROTHER, you WILL get better if you do these 2 things. Start out light and make sure your doing a bit of cardio on your non workout days. The cardio is important. Just go for a 45 minute walk or a 20 minute jog. Just do it man. Just do it and watch your life begin to change. Doing these 2 things picked me up from a deep depression. I didn't leave my home for OVER 9 MONTHS bro and on 2 different occasions. No joke. I was in BAD shape. I stayed away from everyone I know because I didn't want them to see me at such a low. Eat white meats like chicken breast and white fish with maybe 1 or 2 red meats a week and eat ONLY fruit for sugar and greens like cucumber, broccoli, asparagus. For carbs eat potatoes, brown rice and the odd sweet potato. Low fat high protein yogurt and powdered protein shakes, and protein pancakes (with extra egg in them for more fluff) for snacks between meals. Trust me my man. This, my friend WILL change your life. You will begin to feel better than EVER. You will become more healthy and look more healthy, youthful and muscular. Message me if you want more info. My mom works for a company for elderly people with kidney failure. There’s only 2 facilities in the entire United States that produces saline. It was wiped out by hurricane Helene. She was out today because one of her facilities got some product (saline) and had to distribute it to her other facilities close by. Head of the company that she works for I do not know the name told her to keep quiet to not cause mass panic. They don’t have any saline. Remind me of the government, she was secretly telling some close nurses that she trusted. No one‘s talking about this, but it’s affected my mom and family severely. Why only 2 companies produce saline?

Fema is the worst I asked for rental assistance because My job washed away and they refused to help me at all I can't pay my rent I had 2 hurricanes ruin everything and I just don't want to be evicted and they can't afford to help me with $900 for my rent seriously atleast there are churches helping feed us but for any assistance for money to make sure no more people are homeless they government does not care about us I have realized this and I am so disgusting and very disappointed please pray for me still no power no jobs no gas

Our dad was by no means a Christian, but when he passed away, the day after, a friend of our mom got a message from a friend of hers, and the message said “i had a dream lastnight, in the dream was a man who said “tell my boys im going to be ok”, this woman had NEVER met our father, and when the woman described the man, my mom’s friend said he sounds familiar, sent a screenshot of my dads FB profile pic to her, and the woman replied with “thats the man from my dream!!!!” Unfortunately i still dont know the womans name as that was 2019 and i am afraid to ask
