very nice apartment with tons of character. Love the high ceilings and the views out the windows. Downtown is also a great location. There are even some small random gay clubs downtown. Can't wait to see Matt's new place.

Is that downtown LA? My great grandfather was a mason (a real one and the culty one). Anyway he used to do masonry on columns mostly on the tops and bottoms. He would sculpt the designs by hand. It is a lost art. Most of that is done by molds these days.

What a great apartment, I love the floors and the kitchen is big compared to the rest, so hope you are a good cook, who will use it frequent 😀 My thoughts was that maybe you can move the clothes rail, so your dresser can stand there 😊
