@@bunny1979 squats with weights, tricep/ shoulder/ bicep workouts. Anything that forces you to push. I weight A LOT and they're actually my favorite workouts. I like being sore...but I hate it at the same time, because it hurts so much the next day 🙃
I was addicted to diet pills also during my first year of college, got way too skinny and now I’m back to eating normally and exercising. I love her ! My Virgo twin !!! Also today is my 25th bday !!!!

@@Sabrina11113 please don't use that, or any other pill. Most of them are just stacked with high caffeine and sugar which leave you burnt out. Try natural sugars from fruit and green tea or lemon water for caffeine. I promise you, you wouldn't be sorry. I'm speaking from experience

This just goes to show that you can be so beautiful and think things are wrong with yourself. She’s breathtaking gorgeous and her body now and before is amazing to think she thought her body was overweight is mind blowing.
So true. I look at photos of myself from previous years and realize how thin and in shape I used to be, even though at the time, I thought I was so unattractive and overweight. Now I look at those photos and can't believe how fit I used to be and I feel bad for how hard I was on myself.

Good for you. You look awesome. I’m glad you mentioned that even though you are on track you still have some different thoughts but its about controlling your mind. I used to have a trainer and I saw a huge difference in less than 2 months. I wish I was able to go back with a trainer. It seems like as soon as I finally decided to go back to the gym (I really don’t like them), and get a trainer she moved to another state, I was laid off my job and I haven’t been back in months. Ladies I have to admit going to the gym and having a personal trainer really helped keep me sane. I’ll be going back as soon as I can. As my doctor said it helps you not want to knock your husband out 😂
